“ASU Graduation”

Our family was in Tempe for son's ASU graduation. Great location to ASU and airport. Loved the the pool as the weather was very HOT. We had a double room with two flat screen TVs, which was real nice; one for sports and one for kids! Beds very comfortable.

“I'd stay there again”

Check in was easy, room was very nice. Staff was friendly. Only problem was heater/air conditioning unit began to rattle at 4:00 am and we had to turn it off which made the room unbearably cold.

“Where has all of the service gone?”

The room as not very clean, the staff were not friendly, and it was very noisy. I will not ever stay there again!

“To noisy to sleep”

What bothered us most was the noise. The in-wall air conditioner was right next to the bed and very loud when cooling, and also loud when on fan only and it can't be turned off. The noice from other rooms is also a problem. When rooms next door or above use the water for shower, toilet or sink it so loud it either wakes you up at night or causes you to turn up the volume on the TV. These are design issues that they can't fix easily so I would not expect it to change. We would not consider this hotel again.
