Not impressed.

Even though I paid through Expedia, the hotel put a $75 hold on my credit card. That was not a good first impression. The bed was terrible. The toilet kept running. The AC unit was noisy. The one positive I noticed was that the Internet connection was fast.

Cons: Carpets are nasty
Location: Close to Kierland Commons & other great shopping.
OK hotel - carpets are very worn down and need replacing. Other than that it was a clean & decent room. Good value.

Our accomodations at the Scottsdale Sleep Inn

Pros: The pool area is nice and the workout room had fairly new equipment.
Cons: The breakfast is OK, waffles were good; eggs ,etc. not so much, but me not being a big breakfast eater , it really did not matter.
Location: GIANTS SPRING TRAINING!!
The rooms were clean, A/C worked, beds were comfortable. Staff and service, I thought, were excellent. We requested water bottles at the front desk as we left for the Giants games and it was never a problem. We were very happy with the Sleep Inn in Scottsdale, AZ We will stay there again.

Costly cab ride from airport Expedia did not book hotel correctly- I booked 2 double beds, got 1 king. Since used Expedia hotel could not offer discount fir mistake. Won't recommend using Expedia as this is 2nd time booking botched

Pleasant Stay for Business Travel

Cons: Business Center would be great or at least hard-wire internet in the room as an option. My company laptop will not work with un-secure Wifi
This hotel is small compares to several major resort and hotels in the area but it is functional for business traveler, like myself. Ample of parking close to the hotel and few good restaurant walking distance. Recommended for price, service and overall experience.

Pros: Friendly ,helpful staff.Clean.
Cons: no complaints
Location: Our granddaughter as playing soccer nearby which made it an easy drive.Shopping was near.
Reception personnel ere helpful and very friendly.Room was clean and fresh smelling.Met all our needs.Breakfast had a varied menu which suited my wife and myself.Restaurants were recommended nearby and were excellent.Overall a pleasant stay

Always like staying here, due to the proximity to my clients in the area and also to a number of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Hotel is aging, but not to the point where it affects comfort or cleanliness. One downside is a shower stall that isn't full-size and is partially enclosed, but all in all, this is a solid choice for business and leisure travel.

Cons: A more comfortable easy chair in the room.
The elevator broke in the afternoon and was not repaired by the time I checked out in the AM. I had to carry my luggage to and from the third floor with a bad back. No one offered to help.
