Clean, good service, perfect location!

Posted 31-Aug-2014
We stayed in Sleep Inn two years in a row. The service is great, it's very clean, a very nice breakfast. There is also a free shuttle to some nearby locations, this comes in handy as the cabs are very expensive in Phoenix. Free parking, easy access.

Get what you pay for.

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff to enforce non-smoking policy
Good location, staff was very nice. Room average. The hotel touts that it is non-smoking, however when I made my way to the 3rd floor is was evident that that rule was not enforced. Witnessed a guest walk right past me with a cigarette in his mouth. Told the front desk clerk. She responded by saying "that's why we put a $75 hold on every credit card".

Great place!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in quite a while. Great staff, reasonable rates, and comfortable rooms. WiFi is included. Continental breakfast . They even have a stainless steel BBQ pit!

Good Location, Good facilities, Clean & Good Price

Posted 16-Jun-2014
Pros: Clean, good facilities, staff v.helpful, good location for a very short stay without a car - as food, drink and certain shops within walking distance
I used it to stay the night before and the night after a 4 day Grand Canyon hike. Great location, really friendly staff, good wifi facilities, clean, done the job. And all at a great price. Would recommend!

Very nice

This was a very nice hotel with a great room rate. It was a peaceful stay with quiet, comfortable rooms. The property was clean and pretty well maintained as were the rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I have is to update the information on the spa hours in their literature. It is advertised to open at 6am, but is not open until 8am. Important for this with limited morning time, but no matter for us since the very nice breakfast layout was ready by 6am. We will stay there again.

Great Value & Green to Boot

Posted 1-Jun-2014
I was really impressed with some of the Green Initiatives the hotel has in place. This is one of the first rooms I have stayed in with a recycling bin in the rooms. My only hope is that they also recycle all the paper plates from breakfast as well. Sure they have a reason for not using real plates and glasses but would prefer to have than generating more waste. The staff were all friendly and the housekeeping staff did a fabulous job always seeing if there was anything else I needed. Rooms were a good size, comfortable with everything you would need. Close to shops, wholefoods and restaurants and I found a great public pool to do laps not too far away (I did have a car though).
