“Great stay at Wild Horse”

This is a great resort. Very relaxed and comfortable. The views are amazing. The rooms are luxurious. Everything felt clean, fresh and welcoming. There are a couple issues. Service in the breakfast restaurant was terribly slow and housekeeping was a bit inconsistent ( even forgetting to do our room one day, but always forgetting to replace at least one item! ) Service at the spa and at Ko'Sin for dinner restaurant was amazing. Toby at the pool deserves a gold star. It is outside an urban location, so if you are looking for a quick drive to night life, this isn't the place, but it is very easy to get to. Definitely would go back.

We were at the Sheraton Wildhorse Pass resort and spa over New Years and had an absolutely wonderful experience there. We have traveled all over the world and the service that we had in this resort rivals the best of hotels. Everyone was so friendly and they couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Our time there was very relaxing and we felt that when we left, we had enjoyed one of our best vacations. The golfing was excellent and the staff at the golf course were wonderful. Our favorite day was our day at the Aji spa - that was truly a day of relaxation and pampering. We especially enjoyed the private pools of the spa - nice and quiet and peaceful. All in all, a great experience and definitely a must return to resort.

“Loved the hotel but not the Dollar car rental.”

I bought the flight, car from DOLLAR and hotel package from Expedia. We got the car for what I thought was a great price (I will never make this mistake again) we had it for a week and ended up paying an additional 584.00 (my credit card usually assists in this but because we booked thru expedia they told me we weren't covered. I rented a mercedes in France for over 2wks with GPS and we only paid a few hundred dollars more......beware. The hotel was fantastic in every way, great staff, great location, great service. We loved it.

“Would most certainly go back!”

Overall experience great - staff was excellent- grounds exetremely well kept. Except for the A/C going on and off every 2 minutes or so (made it difficult to sleep). Don't really know how this could be fixed. Access to the gym is $20/day (really!) Way to expensive for the day for three of us. Golf course - terrific!

“Why go to Mexico?”

Excellent, A great place to get away to. Great trails for your morning walk, Golf Spa then relax by the pool. No more Mexico for me this ones truely 5 STAR and the food is USDA. Cant wait till next winter.

“A Wonderful Experience!”

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Wild Kicking Horse Pass Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. There was a choice of casual or more formal dining and the food was great! The hotel, casino and golf courses are situated on a beautiful site with scenic mountains in view. We would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly go back on our next visit to Phoenix.

“Terrific experience”

The hotel/resort greatly exceeded our expections. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The food in the restaurants was excellent and the setting is superb.

“Amazing hotel experience!”

This hotel was probably one of the best I have ever stayed in. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views from the balconies. Staff were so nice and helpful--they seemed to really enjoy their jobs! Golf course was fantastic, casino was friendly and close (hotel offers a free boat shuttle over). The spa was excellent as well, as was the large, well equiped fitness centre. 2.5 mile walking trail was also very nice. Only problem we had was that without a car we were forced to eat every meal there which became VERY pricey overall (mind you the food was incredible and 24 hour room service was very convenient!) Turned out to be an expensive trip but seems totally worth it for the very enjoyable stay.

“Great Spring Break”

Our family had a fabulous time at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass. We were there over March Break, and our kids (aged 8 and 4 loved it). The pool was a bit cold the first day, but then I think they turned up the heater. The kids loved the watermelon eating contest, slide races, etc. The staff were super friendly and our room was nice and clean. The facilities are absolutely beautiful. Our only issue was the restaurants on-site were a bit pricey if you were going to eat every meal there with kids. We loved the pool-side restaurant though! Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
