“Great Place”
One of the best resorts I have ever been to.
“Very friendly staff”
We found the staff in both the resort and spa to be very friendly, informative and professional. The pools, golf and spa are all wonderful and we would love to go back again. The room was nice and the food and service in the restaraunts was excellent.
“Very nice”
Staff was friendly and helpful. A little pricey on resort but if you rent a car, there is a bunch of places to eat within 5 minutes drive. Overall a great time was had.
“Desert Delight”
This was our second visit to Wild Horse Pass & we will definitely go back. The pools were delightful with a beautiful backdrop of desert scenery. The poolside cafe had delicious food. My husband enjoyed the golf courses. I did the Wild Mustangs & Massage package at the spa, a wonderful horseback ride in the surrounding desert followed by a massage and use of spa services for the day. The hotel lobby was nice to stop by for a drink & sometimes music. The only improvement I would like is a breakfast cafe with more selections than the Starbucks cafe. A breakfast buffet was an alternative, but something with a light breakfast would be nice. Another added experience was to see wildlife right outside our window: hummingbird nest, covey of desert quail, and even a coyote. We didn't see the wild horses this time, but did see some on our previous visit. Easy drive to other Phoenix attractions.
“Great place to stay--we loved the area.”
we really enjoyed our time. the hotel was nice. the restaraunts were wonderful. Especially the Kia. Great service, beautiful views, nice pools, walks and the service was excellent. We had a great trip--hope you enjoy it soon.
“Wonderful Resort!!!”
This hotel was awesome! You feel like you're in another world while at this resort. The pool area is great; three separate pools around one area with a great pool bar. We didn't bring the kids this trip, but when we do, there is a big waterslide by itself at the other end of the pool. We were on a romantic trip for two, and didn't feel overwhelmed by kids there due to the huge pool area. There are different restaurants there, depending on your budget. The only downfall of this resort is everything is Very Expensive! If you are on a budget, don't stay here.
“Beautiful Resort”
The Sheraton out did themselves with this property. It is very tranquil and amazing! If your looking for a nice relaxing, quiet get away this is the place. The staff was very professional and friendly. I was upgraded to a room with an amazing view of the golf course, mountains, and pool. I will definitely visit this resort again.
“Best weekend escape ever!!!”
Everything about our experience was exceptional. We were offered bottles of water while walking the hotel. The views were increadible. The horse ride was amazing. We were fortunate having a private ride and actually saw a wild mustang. We took tennis lessons daily early in the morning and were treated 1st class. The food was especially exceptional and ate at the resort the entire weekend, as everything was made from scratch!
“Nice resort”
We were cheerfully welcomed by he doorman at midnight. He patiently answered all our questions and then directed us to the check-in desk. We were greeted by another cheerful person. Check-in took 2 minutes and we were directed to our room. The bellhop took our luggage to our room and explained everything to us. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback here is the coffee! I hate Starbucks and that is all they serve. All in all, our stay was pleasant and we would definitely come back. I would highly recommend this resort and spa for your trip to the Phoenix area.
“An Unusually scenic experience”
This hotel is worth a visit just to see the landscaping. It is rare to see such a well done native american themed place. So many really lovely details including the local native american art used to such an advantage. The evening experience dining from buffet outdoors was great, especially nice for traveling with young children.
