“Great Experience”

The room was better than expected; very clean with kitchenette and laundry. The gym was small but clean and nice. The only downfall was the adult pool was shaded all day and the other pool was very noisy.

I was very impressed with the resort and friendly staff. Our room was very clean and well maintained. Daily maid service was a plus. The only thing that was inconvienent was the lounge was not open evenings.

Fine facility overall. Nice rooms/suites with kitchenettes and washer/dryers. Daily basic cleaning service. Very nice pool facilities. Playground and daycare services for the kid. Only hassle was having to turn down the sales pitch to purchase a vacation unit several times. Would definitely stay there again though.

“Can't wait to go back”

The Sheraton Desert Oasis is beautiful. The pool area and landscaping of it is one of the best i've been to. The staff is very friendly. The only negative thing is that the condo is a bit small. I am looking forward to going back.

“peace and quiet or not”

My daughter and I vacation together once a year. Our idea of a vacation is sleep, shop, tan, relax and eat well. It was our first trip to the Phoenix area. We found the Sheraton to be a wonderful place to do just that. The hotel itself is set in a quiet spot, with the only noise coming from the people having fun at the pool. It is so very close to all of the shopping, dining and entertainment you could possibly want. The room was so relaxing, and comfortable. The highlight of the resort is the beautiful pool and spa area.

“Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas”

One of the best Hotels I ever stayed in. The room was clean, albeit small. Bed very comfy, and had expensive sheets with down pillows. It had all the amenities that a timeshare would normally provide, ie. microwave, dishwasher, plates, cups, utensils, coffeemaker, refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc. The bathroom had a jacuzzi-shower tub and lots of towels. Air Conditioning was excellent and kept me cool during the heat wave, parking was good, hotel staff were very friendly.

The Hotel is beautiful - don't go to the welcome if you aren't interested in timeshare. We didn't bother with any of it. Had a great time, beautiful room, awesome pool, amazing hot tub, beautiful landscaping. Hopefully we will be back!
