“Nice Inside, Pets Stay For Free”
We stayed just one night. Checked in at night, checked out in the morning. The lobby was nice and big. Very pretty. The room had a balcony which was nice. From there we could see the water slide and tennis courts. I wish we could have used the water slide. It was really tall. The rooms were clean and the bed was nice. There's nothing wrong that I can point out with just our one night. We really liked the fact that our dog could stay with us without any extra fee. That was a major plus! There's plenty of grass outside for furry guests, too.
“BCS National Championship”
Drove from Las Vegas to attend the BCS Championship Game. After long drive, the hotel was very accomidating. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our reservation was lost, but they corrected the problem very quickly. Food in the louge was also very good. Morning breakfast buffet was not too bad. Did not get a chance to see the pool, but heard from others it was pretty nice. Good place to stay.
“Convention Hotel”
I travelled as a lone woman going to a convention at this hotel. I am a vegan and I have sleep apnea. There was no outlet to plug in my machine that had a 3 prong plug near the bed. I called housekeeping and in about 15 minutes they brought me an extension cord that reached across the room with cord to spare. I ate two lunches and one dinner there. The dinner meal was great with a gorgeous fruit plate for dessert. The lunches were scantier but okay.

It was a lovely hotel with very nice well kept rooms. The grounds around the hotel are beautiful and the pool area is great. Its conveniently located to lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others
“Great 2 day meeting”
I attended an association meeting held at the hotel and I missed their deadline for block rooms. Expedia's price was cheaper and I was with my associates. It was the cheap room and therefore had a great view of the busy intersection, but the bed was comfortable, the tv and remote worked, the room was clean, the lobby was big, the pool looked good (no time and too cold), the microphones worked, and it was good two days. I am a vegan and the chef did a great job.
“Practically a resort!”
The hotel is practically a resort, upscale and the waterslide is great! Will definitely stay there again.
“Comfortable Stay”
Although we only stayed for one evening, this hotel was quite comfortable and the front desk clerks were very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay at the Sheraton Crescent again.
“Extremely pleasant experience”
The hotel was very pleasant, clean, and orderly. Staff were very friendly, pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Shuttle to within 5 miles of hotel was convenient, on time, and drivers were, again, pleasant and friendly. Room was very clean. Cleaning staff were pleasant and accommodating. Room service was elegant, food very good, and service quite prompt. Food and service in the bar was very good. Overall experience excellent.
“Our special get away place.”
We also had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner in the restaurant. Great food done up right by an outstanding chef!
