I love residence inns. U can actually relax on a couch and have the convenience of a fridge and cooking options if u choose. It's nice to have those features when u r away from home

Arizona Junior Fall ClassicPosted 23-Oct-2013
Pros: Proximity to the baseball facility and lots of stores nearby. LOCATION!
Cons: Cleaning staff would tend to our room later in the afternoon instead of mid day which would have been better for our schedules.
Location: Peoria has lots of stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. Enjoyed our stay.
Decided to stay at a hotel closer to the Peoria Sports Complex separate from the team.

Enjoyed our stay - great location!Posted 4-Jun-2013 on Hotels.com
My husband and I were visiting in Sun City for a family reunion and could not have been more pleased with the location and quality of this hotel. The staff was very friendly...everyone from the breakfast buffet staff, the maintenance people, and the front desk crew. All were smiling and always helpful. The location was fantastic surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The next time we are in the area we will stay there again! Great job by everyone!

Large spacious studio-style spacePosted 2-Jun-2013
Pros: Very spacious room with couch and sitting area, kitchen, large desk, and bedroom.
Cons: Exercise room pretty small and always too warm.
Fantastic room with kitchen, living space, and large desk. More like a studio than hotel room. A really great alternative to the standard hotel.

Great family hotel! Updated and very clean!Posted 3-Apr-2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed here with my husband and 8 month old for a visit with family in the area. Room looked to be recently updated, was very clean, convenient to have a kitchen for making bottles I was surprised to find paper towels provided on the kitchen, a small thing but was nice. One morning while eating breakfast a staff member saw we had a baby and quickly grabbed us a high chair for him. Later when my son knocked all our napkins off the table a staff member brought us new ones before we could even realize our were on the floor. Staff was very accommodating, gave us a room at the end of the hall so we wouldn't have to worry if our baby began crying in the middle of the night. Hotel was close to the freeway and plenty of food and shopping options around. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit and would definitely recommend this hotel - which is big for me (my husband calls me a "hotel snob" as too much work travel has spoiled me in to liking more expensive hotels).

Shopping and EatingPosted 9-Jan-2013 on Hotels.com
The property is very new and very clean. There is all the shopping and eating that you will ever need to do nearby. If you need to get to Scottsdale, it only takes 30 minutes. I would suggest not getting a room that is facing the highway however. I would suggest 3rd floor.
