“Great price, nice location”
The hotel room was bigger than I expected, even for a suite. We had two adults, a 3-year-old and an infant (we borrowed a crib). Very reasonably priced and in the middle of everything. The breakfast was also decent. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was closed and it was a 90 degree day.

“Staff went out of their way to accomodate us!”
This was a great hotel for our two day stay in Arizona. It is conveniently located in between Phoenix and Scottsdale. We arrived around 10:00am for an extremely early check in and we were quickly accomodated. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.
“Best home away from home”
Everything was so convenient, it was like living at home. My only suggestion is to do away with the key door cards and replace with keys or something. I had to have my key card reset numerous times (about 5 times, and no, I didn't put it near my cell phone, etc. I kept it isolated and it still repeatedly did not work. I especially appreciated the wonderful housekeepers. They were so nice, professional, and helpful. The desk staff were also outstanding.

The breakfast was unusually elaborate and well-attended. I am surprised they can have such a nice breakfast and so many "extras" throughout the day as they did for this price. This was a perfect place for my family to stay. Great value.

The 2 bedroom suites were a lot smaller than I expected... and for the price. The staff was great and it was a nice hotel.

Excellent rooms with separate kitchen, sitting area and desk/study. Comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is much more than the usual free hotel breakfast, included many hot items and a lovely eating area. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping. Easy highway access. Hotel does back up directly to the highway (101) and can be somewhat noisy. Lots of families with kids participating in baseball, can be rather busy. Room internet service was very slow.
“Would not return”
This hotel, specifically this room, is in need of total renovation. Peeling wallpaper, unsatisfactory bed, poor lighting, uneven floor, and many more small items that require attention. The refrigerator listed about ten degrees probably due to an uneven floor. The staff we encountered were pleasant. I think this hotel had a three and a half star rating. If the rating system is accurate I will only look to five star in the future.
