“Great Hotel stay.”

This is my second time staying at this hotel. it is greatly located, near 101 and 51 Highways, very close to shopping malls and it is very peacefull since there are only empty lots sorrounding the property.

“Great for Mayo Patients”

This is the perfect hotel if you're a Mayo Clinic patient. It's next to the hospital and there's even a shuttle that goes back and forth. The hotel's staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There's a complimentary full breakfast that's quite good. Good restaurants and shopping are close by.

“Best Hotel Service I have ever received in the World.”

For the first time in all my travels (and I travel a lot) I have not even a small thing to say for improvement. This hotel is awesome. Every single person that works there in ANY capacity that I came across during my stay went OUT OF THEIR way to be kind and it felt genuine. Remarkable. Hotel is nice, clean, fresh. Pool is great and outdoor patio. Recommend families visiting the area stay here because it is priced well and what you get is fabulous. Recommend if you need to go to Mayo....stay here. They give great recommendations for Limo car pick up from airport and the Limo car personnel are as remarkable as the Hotel staff.

It served the purpose, but was nothing special for the price. The included breakfast was very disappointing.

“Great Facility, need to work on Customer Service”

Hotel was very nice, new looking with nice decorating. Hotel staff was not very helpful nor friendly about not being able to accommodate a few things. When we checked in they offered a comp shuttle for 2 miles. We asked if there was any way they could go 3.23 miles considering there was nothing really 2 miles of there. The front desk girl said with an almost demeaning tone, "No"...and that was it. Who says just "No" to a hotel guest unless you work at Motel 6? When I worked in hospitality, we would at least explain why we couldn't and never said "no". We called down for complimentary toothbrushes and they said we had to pick them up. Mind you, we were getting ready for a XMas party we were attending and had no little time to go down to the front desk. Not very helpful considering later that evening that when our in room ice maker wasn't working, they sent someone up who was actually nice and helpful and brought ice. Usually the night staff are the unhelpful ones, not here.
