“Convenient and great for the money”
Great service, hotel staff was super polite and friendly, and the location is great (right across the street from the Scottsdale Pavilions, which has a movie theater, golf range, Target, etc). Had no problems with the wireless, and although their "business center" is one computer in the lobby, it's free to use and to print anything you need (ex - boarding passes!). continental breakfast was great, had a nice view of the pool. pool itself was a little iffy, had little bugs floating in there, but i was the only one using it. all in all, great place!
“Will return to the Inn”
The Inn staff was especially accomodating, the grounds and pool right outside our balcony were special, and the morning breakfast was super. We were also grateful for the fresh coffee 24/7, and the mattress was very comfortable. The room furnishings were a little worn, but not distracting to our overall visit.
“Good Deal”
This hotel was nice at a great price. Clean room, comfortable bed. Nice layout for the free breakfast a lot of choices. I would stay there again on my next trip.
“Lovely Hotel”
Scenic location, within easy reach of Scottsdale, and the road networks. Our rooms were excellent, & the refridgerators were especially useful. We made good use of the superb pool. The breakfasts were brilliant, & overall we wished we could've stayed longer than our designated 4 nights. A comfortable lounge-bar, although it closed at about 9.30pm which seemed early for us from UK, but perhaps it's normal closing time in USA. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value.

Nice clean place.Close to places to eat and see. Nice selection on breakfast at hotel,nice small area to get snacks in the hotel. Rooms clean and nice.

“Nice place to stay while visiting the grandkids”
This inn is near oue grandchildren so we choose it. The room was clean and the service was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and spa. After visiting the family we stopped by the cocktail lounge. It was quaint and friendly. I ordered a special drink. The bartender explained that he didn't carry that liqour because no one has ever ordered it before. I understood and ordered another drink. Before we left he showed me a list of his next order. At the top of the list was the liquore I wanted to purchase. "Don't order because of me" I said, "I may not be back soon". His answer was, "Well it will be here When you return". I was impressed with the service.
“Excellent value”
The grounds were lovely and the hotel was a short drive to the clinic we'd come for. We always found our room tidy and fresh when we returned. It was very quiet and the birds in the area were fantastic.
“Best value in Phoenix”
This hotel location is convenient to shopping,and the hwy loop, giving easy access to Phoenix attractions. Although an older facility, The Pima Inn is well run, friendly staffed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar is well supplied, and clean. Overall value in this Inn is unbeatable.We would certainly stay again! .
“Pleasantly surprised”
We booked this hotel at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised at the hospitality and cleaniness of the hotel. We definately would stay again and next time spend more time at the pool, soaking up the sun and the quiet. I would call this a jewel waiting to be discovered
