“Basic Motel with Very Pleasant Staff”

A classic motel, near the Pheonix airport. Basic but well maintained with a very pleasant and helpful staff.

“Friendly staff but need better cleaning”

The rooms were very clean. Broken window in the bathroom made it a bit noisy to sleep at night. Staff were friendly.

“Tried to fix it up, but not quite there”

Central air only (windows open next to ground, no screen), no large drawers, dirty drain, woodwork is lacking. Not bad if you need to stay by the airport but it's not luxury at all! The owners are very nice and congenial, and it seems they are doing improvements all the time.

“Phoenix Sunrise Motel”

Phoenix Sunrise Motel should not be included in the choice of places to stay in Expedia to keep the quality of expectations for travelers. The room was very old or dated, bed sheets had stains, a/c smelled during the day time, and the walls were cracked by the bathroom vanity. I needed a shuttle to get to the airport and the lady said the driver was taking a nap! Now that was rude!
