Great, quiet property. The area to the north is kind of sketchy. The immediate area and ball park adjacent are good. The front lobby staff and cleaning crew were nice and polite. No the same for the lobby bar.

Carpet was wet in my first room and then again in the second room I was assigned. No cold water in the shower in the morning. For a Marriott property it did not live up to standards

I think that the property could use some up to date upgrades. The facility shows its age. Only one hot tub works. Poor lighting on step areas made for night time navigation unsafe. Employees were awesome. Very friendly and professional. This facility’s high point I thought was the fitness room. It’s very nice.

This is an age old property. The pictures that you see in booking sites or hotel website doesn’t reflect the current state of the property. The staffs are good. Otherwise I didn’t find anything positive in this property.
The room we got was facing the freeway so it was very noisy. The room also smelled musty. We did however love the staff and service.

I live here and this is one of my most favorite places to put quests and I have stayed here for many years for getaways and used for business meetings and conferences.
It has only improved over the years , the setting is breathtaking and the staff , every single person went above and beyond and they were a delight!
The pools are incredible and the hidden jacuzzis built into the rocks. The views are stunning! You cannot go wrong here!

The pool area of this hotel is gorgeous. The food at the various restaurants was delicious. It gives off a 1950/60's glamor vibe. Clearly they have put some effort into modernizing, but the carpets in the main hallways need replacing. Also, the landscaping needs some water, and clean up. Otherwise, we had an amazing say!
About 10 minutes from Phoenix airport so convenient and 10 min from ASU. Not that many options for restaurants but the drive to Scottsdale is about 15min.

The water slide closes around check in time, and doesn’t open until 11am… when you’re expected to check our. So my son didn’t get to experience that. For $300 the beds were very motel 6ish. My carpets were stained with what looked like blood? Felt like a dirty cheap hotel to me. I guess the restaurant was nice if you want to stay at a place for the restaurant.

Our room had some disrepair in drywall access panel and dim lights. We had heard this was an amazing place and were disappointed in our room.
The staff was extremely good.
The breakfast we had at the hotel was very good and great service.
We loved the pool area- 2 pools with waterfalls, 3 jacuzzis in nice spots with views. Very unique design-built within mountain- lobby is beautiful -great view, nice place for breakfast with great atmosphere and view, out standing service from server-very friendly. Top of the rock restaurant fine dining was outstanding with great view. Room was fine. Fast food places like chipotle and Panda Express very close.
With the freeway being near the hotel I could hear all the traffic throughout the night. For how expensive the hotel is I don’t agree with there being a parking fee & a resort fee. I didn’t even use the resort portion yet still had to pay. Rooms were decent but outdated. 6/10

Beautiful Location
This is an older resort so is a little rough around the edges. The setting is beautiful and I loved the saltwater pool. The room was clean and parking was good. They also have a coffee shop for a quick coffee to go. Ordered room service for breakfast, and the food was mediocre.

Nice place to stay. Food at Top of The Rock restaurant was good.
Pool was nice, but several of the hot tubs were not working which was unexpected.
Beautiful property and wonderful friendly staff. The rooms were great but beds are tiny and they didn’t have roll away beds. Overall a great experience!
