“Top Notch!”
The resort itself is VERY lovely but it's the staff that put it over the top. Everyone, from valets, to front desk personnel, to wait staff were all superb. And, it wasn't fawning or fake-y - they all seemed to genuinely like people, be informative or helpful and took pride in their jobs. Refreshing!!
“Absolutely Wonderful!!!”
The resort was absolutely amazing. The views astounding. The food was superb. The staff was very accommodating. Terril helped us set up a wonderful stay while we were there. Jay was also great. The spa was so relaxing. My husband and I had the most wonderful time. We would highly recommend.
“One Minor Fault”
Beautiful facility that is clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The one main fault of the room would be that it is dark and it makes it difficult to use mirrors and apply make-up. Although there a several mirrors, I couldn't really get the correct light or "closeness" to the mirror to make it useful.
“Its the best!!!”
Got a great price on Expedia.When we got there we were upgraded to what I would think was the best room in the house..Exception of the presidential suite.Our room overlooked the pool area and had an unobstructed view of the camelback mountain.It was my wifes birthday and we had a bottle of complimentary wine and cheese waiting in our room.The restaurant and bar were first class.Not cheap but reasonable for a hotel of that caliper.Sevice was unbelievable.It has a very charming intimate feeling about the hotel.If you want big and hotel feeling, this isnt it.If you want first class and intimant,then it is.Five minute drive to many restaurants.ten minutes to Old town.Incredable view.Fifteen minutes from Skyharbor airport.The perfect getaway.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. The rooms around the Oasis pool are the best if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.
“Luxury at it's best”
This Moroccan style luxury hotel was pure indulgence for me. The service was superb, the pools were perfect in temp and size and were never busy and noisy with all kinds of kids or play. It was very relaxing. The staff couldn't have been more polite; always wanting to help. My room had it's own garden backyard with furniture & was very clean; the bathroom was marble Heaven. Definitely do the Spa. You pay for a service & can stay at the Spa all day, their own rooftop pool, pool-side service, lotions, showers, lockers - beautiful. Well-worth the cost. You are treated like royalty.
“Affordable Luxury”
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Montelucia very much. Everything was impeccable. The room was gorgeous, and I cannot say enough about the bathroom - the shower is amazing! The customer service was top notch. I've read some reviews that said the customer service was awful, but that was definitely not our experience. Absolutely everyone went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was so much fun. We will definitely be coming back here again. I guess my only gripe would be the $24 resort fee. If it's an unavoidable charge, why not just make it part of the room price, instead of adding it on later?

“Lovely Resort”
Resort was just lovely. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Pool area and hotel grounds were just beautiful. Looking forward to a return trip.
“Best resort for couples”
Stay here. Fabulous resort! Loved the layout, lots of nooks with chairs and tables to relax at. Plenty of gas firepits for cool evenings. Stayed on busy holiday weekend but due to layout and expanse of grounds it never felt crowded. Had a Kasbah pool view room and didn't care for the ground floor room we were given due to the patio (which is huge) opening up to the back of a pool cabana. Called the front desk and as soon as a second floor room was open they moved us. Even sent a bell boy to give us the keys and help with the bags! First rate resort. Great for couples, has a romantic feel throughout.
