“Good value, nice property”
Very convenient; good value for the money; I appreciate the kitchen facilities and the comfy beds. Highly recommended!

Clean, large room. Quiet and convenient location. Close to Metro Center Mall and several great restaurants as well as fast food.
“Wonderful place to stay in PHX”
I initially chose this hotel to proximity to business I was in town for, I was very surprised to find a very comfortable suite and wonderful staff. On future trips to the area I would stay at this hotel again based on room layout and comfort, amenities offered and the friendliness of the staff.
“Excellent Value”
My family and I were impressed with this hotel from the moment we drove up. We were there to visit Castles N Coasters, which wasdirectly across the freeway. Everything looked manicured and well-kept. The rooms were squeaky clean and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and it also felt safe. There were cameras in the stairwells and other than the freeway nearby, it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value and did I mention how clean it was? I will be back.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The area is quiet and has ready access to many attractions. This is not the Ritz Carlton; it does not claim to be. I have frequented a number of hotels, which did not deliver on advertisements. This place meets and sometimes exceeds expectations.
“Comfortable hotel for family with small kids”
Room Amenitites are excellent. There are a microwave, a dishwasher, some dishes, pans, and mant cooking goods. It is so easy to cook simple dishes, and it's very comfortable for family with small kids. In the morning, you know, parents are so busy taking care of kids just like a battlefield. So, the room with kitchen is so useful and comfortable. Sofa is also good. And the price is very good, we wanna stay again, some day.

I thought that overall it was a good stay. The only thing that irritated me at all was that on the second morning I asked the front desk for extra toilet paper and trash pickup for that day while we were gone. When we came back it hadn't happened. I got my toilet paper from the front desk and the girl there didn't seem to know what had happened. Don't know where the communication broke down but, It bugged me that something that simple didn't happen. There was also food left in the fridge but it looked like it had only been in there for a few days, give or take. We didn't eat it, we just thought it odd. No one kept us awake at night or anything like that so I think we would probably stay there again.

All around great value. Very friendly staff, ok location. Rooms were comfortable, modern. Would gladly return.
