“phoenix quinta hotel”
The hotel was nothing to brag about. We only needed one night and our budget was right for this hotel. It was in a bad part of the neighborhood, the circle k across the street was robbed when we went there and strangers were changing their car motor in a vacant lot. The staff was great, the room was clean. This wasn't the getaway stay most people book for.

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would stay there again.

We must like it since we have stayed there 2 times and will stay there everytime we are in town.

I like this hotel because is located very close to downtown and others city atractions.

Hotel is close to airport, major highways, and several good local restaurants. Hotel was clean, continental breakfast not elaborate but good, and hotel service was good and helpful. Would go back again.
“Much Improved”
We had stayed here before and were less than impressed. It has since changed management, has been given a face/room lift. I am very impressed, the room has a more spacious feel and is very comfortable. They have also placed a starbucks right across the parking lot from Denny's, very nice. All in all I would definately now recommend this hotel to friends.
“La Quinta Thomas Rd Phoenix”
First time staying at this La Quinta and it is the 4th La Quinta we've stayed at in the area. It was easy to find and even easier to depart from. Food was close by in several resturants. Our pets were welcome as usual. Everything was in good order. Would stay here again. We book through Expedia looking for the best deals at La Quinta. We don't use the other services as we check specifically for the La Quinta chain motels. This probably the 8th or 9th time using La Quinta and we are very happy.
“Excellent value”
The staff were very gracious and accomodating. The room was clean and well-maintained, as were the outside grounds. The website stated there was a heated pool, which was not the case. Overall, very good, especially for the price.
“La Quinta Phoenix Thomas Road”
Very nice and clean, the customer service was very good. The only down side was that there were not alot of eating establishments close by, within walking distance.
