“Family-owned since 1978; great buy”

This resort is located between Tempe and Scottsdale and is convenient to both. It is well run, moderately updated with a friendly, helpful staff, a sit-down breakfast with eggs cooked to order and a liberal cocktail hour (but 5 to 6:30 is a bit too early for some) If we are in Phoenix again, it will probably be here.

“very enjoyable”

Delightful stay, exceeding my expectations. Resort is located just an 8 minute drive from PHX airport, and a mile or so from the pleasant Scottsdale centre. Very competitive rates. Resort has a very satisfactory diner adjacent, & stays at the resort normally include complimentary full breakfast here,-cooked to order. Efficient & knowledgeable check-in/out staff. Rooms very comfortable, with kitchenette inc fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee making facilities, etc-in perfect order, although shower/kitchen areas could do with a make-over. If I was staying in the PHX area again, I would check the current rates for this resort, and if they are still reasonable, would book again as my first choice, without hesitation.

“Very Nice Resort”

Conviently located in the Metro area. I do recommend having a car to see the sights. Olde Town Scottsdale is a good shopping and art district. It has beautiful grounds to just walk around, too.

“The Greatest place where memories and friends last forever”

This hotel is the best that I have ever stayed at. The staff are courteous and most helpful when asking for anything. The Happy Hour is a place where you meet friends and several people I have met and returned to visit for in excess of 20 years. It is safe and welcomes guests of all ages. Close to Old Scottsdale and on the Metro bus route you can get anywhere. Highly recommended for long stay vacations as well... great rates.

“Excellent Hotel”

I found my hotel stay of two days to be excellent. The staff was very polite and professional. The room was clean and in good taste. They had three pools along with a free made to order breakfast. In addition free drinks of your choice were served each evening by the main pool area.

“An inspiring vacation”

What you get from this hotel, for the price they charge, far outweighs any complaints about the dated decor. The morning breakfast is a good filling way to start the day. The happy hour and a half, around the main pool (each of the 3 bldg's has its own pool) is a great way to mix and mingle. Completed by the host and owner of the hotel coming around to meet everyone.

“exceptional place for both kids and adults, would definitly stay here again!!”

Had a great time, when I was at the hotel, very clean and well kept for its age!! Some room noise once from above!! Breakfast was great and even better was the cocktail(social) hour they had everyday rain(ha ha ha) or shine. Workers and guest were pleasant and friendly everyday!! It was a great expirence for everyone in my party! Wonder place to stay!!!

“Absolutely the best deal in Scottsdale!!”

Hospitality Suites was everything it said it would be. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Workers were very curtious and friendly. Happy-hour was definetly a big hit. This was our first visit and we will surely be back.

“Very good stay. I will use again”

I am not one for wanting to go out and eat alot when I am on a business trip so this was a very nice place to stay for me. I could go pick a few things up at the store and after a hard day go to the rom and relax and I would have something to eat. This hotel has everything, close to several eating establishments, close to hostorical down town Scottsdale and close to several other site seeing places. Everything was very reasonable.
