“Good location for us”

Easy access, quiet, good location for our final destination. Close to restaurants, churches, etc. Clean, would stay there again.

“Second time customer”

We have stayed here twice, while we travel to watch Baseball Spring training games. It's centrally located to the ballparks and near the freeway. Room is simple and kitchen a bonus so that we don't have to eat out all the time. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay without a lot of extras that you don't really need, I recommend this place.

“Very Nice accomadations”

Friendly Staff Comfortable room convient location Went to Spring training ---no room services/cleaning but accept pets and very accomadating. We are used to not having the room cleaned having pets but some might not like that feature.

“Great Pick”

It was a great pick for the price the room was clean the a/c worked great. The frig and microwave was very nice to have in the room. The only thing I did not like was we couldn't check in until three pm. Also the pillows were very thin so ask for extra or bring your own.

“Inexpensive Lodging”

We enjoyed our stay at Homestead. Located in the city, but not in the heart of traffic and complication so it was much easier to go to and from as needed. The hotel is about 1/2 mile off the freeway, and the community was quite and comfortable. Great food places were within 5 miles of the hotel, and the hotel gives a feel for home providing a stove, microwave, and fridge. Most of all, it was "extremely" inexpensive.
