My experience with this hotel was very good. I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and in a good location, close to the airport. Shopping areas and other interesting places to sightsee, such as the Pueblo Grande Museum and the Phoenix Botanical Garden, are close by and easy to get to. I would stay here again on my next visit to Phoenix.

The hotel was convenient to my weekend activities in Tempe and fully met my expectations.
“like a little apartment”
A very nice place to stay with all the conveniences of a small apartment. I personally like that there's no maid service during a short stay. I feel better about leaving out personal items. I also like not having the bed re-made after I've loosened the sheets the way I like them.

The staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. I personally don't like maids coming in every day re-making the bed the way I don't like it and moving my toothbrush, so I appreciate that they don't come in at all. I just traded dirty towels for clean and took out my own trash. Great deal for the price. It's a real nice bonus to have a refrigerator and cooking facilities as well.
“Hotel was good..Staff was helpful”
I thought my overall experience was good. The staff for the most part was friendly and helpful..The pool was closed the last couple of days so I could not swim in it each day.
“Subaru Visit”
A very good experience for the cost. The cooking and kitchen facilities are very good for a family extended stay. We did have a worry about the security of our car because of the people we saw hanging around a car in the parking lot, We also heard and saw a pickup of men arrive very early in the morning. However, nothing happened.
“Good choice if you're staying in the area”
I was actually very pleased with this hotel. The service was great, the location is very convenient, and the room was like a studio apartment for the price of a standard hotel room.
“Homestead at PHX airport”
We arrived a little early at the hotel. At most of the national chains such as Holiday Inn, Best Western, Marriott, Choice, Carlson, etc. even when I arrive early there is still a room waiting for me. This hotel did not. When the room was finally ready they asked me if I wanted to use the internet. I declined as most chains include free internet access with the room rate. This is a bit of a ripoff in itself as the rate I paid was not a real bargain, just about the same as other chains in the area that offer free internet. The room was ok for a one night stay close to the Phoenix airport as we had a flight out early the next morning. The drive to the rental car drop off is not bad. I watched the superbowl in the room, which was cool. The room is clean but sort of small. There isn't a lot of retail or restaurants in the area, it is mainly industrial and commercial. Not bad but you can find better in the area.
