Room great the only problem we stay in a room on the first floor the window shades didn't close all the way they were broken my wife was not Comfortable can't lived lights on you can see in the room fro the out side

My stay here was good. Breakfast was good. No issues with the rooms. Only problem I had is what I was told was “quite time” wasn’t until 10pm. During my stay, there were a lot of people who decided to become rowdy and loud at the pool area around the time normal people go to bed, especially those who were there on business. I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do about it to which they said not really because it wasn’t quiet time. Recommend lowering quite time to 9 PM and have staff keep the guests at a moderate noise level whilst outside. Nothing disrupts your sleep more than being on the second floor and it’s sounding like people are right outside the window, screaming and hollering.

Very thin walls. We had to be awake at 3 AM and the teenage cheer leaders there for comp were awake and screaming at the pool and thru the hallway until 2 AM. Hotel staff said nothing to them

We arrived leas than a hour before check-in but they wouldn’t give us a room “because you booked on Expedia.” We sat in the lobby and waited for a room that was obviously ready, so that was a bummer and our only issue on this visit. The hotel/room itself was as expected. We will likely book directly with the hotel from now on, to avoid this issue in the future.

I was charged more than the total Expedia quoted me. Total was supposed to be $276.98, they charged $318.53 on my VISA. Property is very dated. Also our flight was very early so we couldn't have the breakfast. Being an airport hotel, they should start at 4 or 5 AM for early travelers, or at least have a bag breakfast available. Also, very noisy motorcycles vrooming outside for at least 2 hours during the night.

The hotel would have been great except that the lobby and our guest room smelled of perfumed deodorizer. As a person with allergies and asthma, it was difficult breathing the next day. Would not stay here again.

Everything thing was great- check in, parking, staff & room. Only issue was that the AC was very noisy but other than that we were very comfortable & will stay there again in the future.
