“Just renovated; would go back”

Just renovated. Helpful staff. Everything you want in an airport overnight hotel except restaurant and bar. However, the next-door (50 steps away) Hilton has both.

“Would Go Back”

The service at the hotel was excellent including the free buffet breakfast. My only concern was that was not a restaurant or lounge in the hotel as I thought there was from the advertisement. The location is great if you do not want to drive far from the airport or rental car locations. Would certainly go back again.

“Phoenix”

The young man at the Front Desk was very helpfull. He got us a second room when we had three adults reserved in a room with one king bed. He went above and beyond. The poor guy was scheduled all by himself to do checkins, answer the phone, and take reservations. Overall he did wonderful!

“Great if flying out of Sky Harbor”

Nothing spectacular, but clean rooms, nice staff, free refreshments in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay there again.

“Left my car”

I drove to Phoenix, stayed overnight and left my car for ten days in their back parking lot. Total cost for parking was $10. Free shuttles to the airport and back were on time. Pleasant staff and comfortable room.

“Great stay”

Got stuck in Phoenix overnight due to delayed flight. Hotel was new / clean and staff was friendly. Location was great for airport travel. Kid friendly and would definately return.
