“Impressed”

“Great stay”

I went to Scottsdale for business and found the staff and hotel exceptional! It was clean, friendly and very accomodating. I found the shuttle to be extremely rewarding to get around to the area within 5mls of hotel. I was transported to and from my business endeavor daily. That was a great savings! The room was clean and the staff always friendly and would go out of the way for their guests. I had one bump checking in but i was quickly accomodated . I was even given a gift card for Starbucks for the check in mixup:) I was not feeling well and one of the staff was willing to cross the street to go get cough drops for me because they were not in the hotel store. Overall very good experience and staff was exceptional!!

“BASEBALL!!”

THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT. ONE DRAWBACK IS THE LOBBY AREA WHERE WE ALSO ATE OUR BREAKFASTS AND MET WITH FAMILY. IT IS CAVERNOUS AND ECHOES THE "WATER FEATURE" SOUNDS. THE "WATER FEATURE" THOUGH BEAUTIFUL WAS CONSEQUENTLY NOT PEACEFUL BUT IRRITATING AND NOISY. THAT MADE IT DIFFICULT TO HEAR OTHERS TALKING. IT DID NOT MAKE FOR PEACEFUL MOMENTS. GOING OUTSIDE WAS A BETTER CHOICE BUT ONLY WHEN THE TEMPERATURE.

“Wonderful place to stay”

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Scottsdale could not have been nicer. I was upgraded to a suite, which was wonderful. Though the balcony did not have a good view (it faced the roof of another part of the building), it wasn't a problem, as I wanted to spend most of my time enjoying Scottsdale. The suite was well-supplied and well-maintained. The only glitch was that I didn't receive the wake-up call I requested the morning I was to return home. I had set my alarm, so it wasn't a problem, but if someone were relying on such a call, it could have been. Nevertheless, it was a great place to stay.

“Staying here again in September”

The room was really nice and comfortable with a big plush comforter. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle that you just schedule for 24 hours a day that will take you anywhere within 5 miles for free or pick you up after a wild night out drinking. This was awesome for me considering I didnt have a car and was trapped there while my bf was at his convention. The breakfast is good and changes daily so it isn't bad if you stay for a few days. They also have a gas grill for use- which we did. It was nice in the evening to have "homemade" steaks and relax in the pool. oh and it's within 10 minutes of major shopping (like walmart and grocery stores)

“Will stay again!”

Perfect location!! Very hospitable employees, except for one elderly gentlemen that worked the breakfast bar. We will stay here again!!
