“convenience and comfort”

Everything was flawless. This is a new property convenient to everything in Chandler. The staff was courteous and the room was very comfortable. This was a great stay at a reasonable rate in the off-season.

“Fantastic service, wonderful room, will stay there again.”

The room was brand new, with great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The people were friendly and efficient. The breakfast seating area was large, with a TV for morning news viewing. The pool is big, the workout room convenient. We have been traveling to the Phoenix area every year, and never had a better place to stay. We will be going back to this hotel.

“Good business hotel”

This hotel is quite new or has been kept in "like new" condition. The most important items were of high quality: very comfortable bed with freshly washed linens; excellent shower and water pressure; 24 hour quality coffee; and free internet connection.

“Our Favorite”

We stayed in the Hampton Inn Suites for our family vacation to Phoenix. During our vacation we also went to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, staying at two other hotels. This by far was our favorite hotel and I'm glad I booked the Hampton Suites for the beginning of our trip and the end. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My entire family loved the complementary hot and cold breakfast. I was also happy to find a microwave and refrigerator in our room.

“Nice hotel and great stay”

If you are visiting family and friends or have business in the east valley (Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert), this hotel is a perfect location! This hotel is right off of the 202/101 making it quick and easy to get anywhere. We were in town for a family event and found the location central to everything we needed, even a last minute run to Target because I forgot my belt. The hotel itself is very nice and clean and I have to say that our room had one of the best showers of any hotel that I have stayed in. Also, the breakfast in the morning was great too. We only had two complaints: (1) The AC has an energy saving feature that left us finding the room a little warm every time we returned, but it cooled down quickly once we got the air running. (2) We were woke up by people stomping around above us at 6:00 am on a Sunday. The hotel looks so nice that I expected the sound proofing between floors to be better. Aside from these complaints, all in all, a great stay.
