“Impressed”
Very courteous and helpful
“"My Home away from Home" !!!”
Accommodations and service they provided was excellent. Friendly helpful always courteous staff. We asked for extra pillows when we came in, we were in our room 2 minutes and we had the extra pillows. The air conditioner was a little noisy. I would stay here every time I come back to Mesa. The breakfast was wonderful every day!!!
“Very Pleased!”
The staff was very professional. Parking was convenient. The room had a nice size bathroom & large counter unit, mini refrigerator, fluffy comforters, an easy chair with ottoman and a full size hinged mirror. The breakfast featured hot items that changed daily. The selection was much better than their competitions "all carb" breakfasts. They always had protein options. The cost was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend.

“Great Place to Stay.”
The Hampton Mesa is a great place to stay! It has easy access to the freeway. The closeness to the freeway had me concerned that noise would be a problem. It was so quiet I didn't know the freeway was right outside my window. I was treated with respect when I checked in. I was able to choose what floor I stayed on. They told me breakfast started at 6 am. What a breakfast! Eggs, Waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, and coffee! WOW! I wasn't hungry when I finished eating. The Hampton has a swimming pool. The Hampton doesn't have a resturant but there are several nice places to eat close by. The desk clerk gave me a map to the resturants close by. I chose to call a company that arranges for food delivery, like room service, and that was expensive! I don't recomend calling that company. Call the resturant direct and save a bundle. Overall I give the Hampton Mesa 4 stars! I would stay there again, if I was in Phoenix!

Staff was wonderful. Would for sure stay here again. We loved the hotel and the breakfast was a very nice addition to our stay for a week.

Reception was quick and positive. Room was most comfortable. Location was very convenient. Would suggest an exhaust fan in the bathroom, as our room did not have one.

The beds were great. One of the few times we have had a REALLY comfortable bed AND pillow in a hotel. Friendly staff, older hotel but very clean and nice, great breakfast with different choices each day of our stay.
