“Highly Recommended Hotel!”

This Hampton Inn appears to be one of the newer ones in which I've ever stayed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very complete, featuring hot items like eggs or french toast sticks, as well as cold cereals, fruit & yogurt.

“Will go back.”

The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Although it is located in a very busy area, hotel was quiet. Wished the pool got more sun in the morning!

“Will always stay here when visiting Phoenix!!”

We showed up early and our reserved room wasn't ready but the front desk clerk found something for us and that was great! This was our 2nd stay and it's a great hotel, especially for the price.

The hotel was clean, the staff extremely helpful and courteous, the location is great, located close to shopping, restaurants and the Arizona Broadway Theatre and very close to the 101 entrance..

“Peoria, AZ, Hampton Inn”

This hotel is starting to show its age. The breakfast menu is also predictably boring and institutional tasting. Drury Inns are better and represent a better value at this time. Electrical connections for charging digital equipment were sparse and the shower head in the bathroom needed internal cleaning of mineral deposits. The lobby and breakfast rooms were small and crowded. However, the staff was attentive and pleasant.

“Ok in a pinch”

The hotel clerk when I arrived was the best feature about this hotel-extremely courteous, accomodating, and helpful. The first room I had # 427 had a mild knocking sound that seemed to be coming fromt he air conditioner. So I was moved to # 428. This room had a slight odor to it but not offensive which I got used to. However, the air conditioner didn't work-it was cold enough outside that I was able to get by with it the way it was. I had asked the hotel if I could stay until 1330 instead of leaving at noon and they said OK. I work at night so I am a day sleeper. Also, I asked for a wakeup call at noon. The maids knocked on my door at 0830 and 0930 which obviously didn't help me at all.
