Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very easy to find. Convenient to the airport. Shopping and dining just one exit down the highway. The spa located in hotel was fantastic! I highly recommend you visit the spa. Pool was nice and clean. Pool Bar was not open, probably due to the season.

Grace Best Western has a great location for accessing the Phoenix area. The rooms are spacious with all the amentities. The pool area is clean and quiet, in fact the entire hotel was a restful experience. We won't hesitate to book there again on our next trip.

This was a very nice place to stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Other nice touches were the mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Air-conditioning worked perfectly (a vital item in Phoenix). Overall, an excellent value for the price.

“CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!”

I absolutely LOVE the Grace Inn! I have stayed there many times and actually used to work at the front desk and gift shop in high school and it has been a great enviroment all the way around!!! The resturaunt and bar on site is also VERY convieniant! The pool and jacuzzi are always very clean and well maintained! The rooms are quite bigger than alot of other hotel rooms that we have stayed in and for the price it makes it that much better! Will defianately be staying there again!

“Charming place to stay”

Neat, clean, friendly place to stay. There was a resturant and lounge in one facility. That was great for sight seeing weary tourists. I would certainly book another stay at this hotel.

resturant personel very accomodating in setting up a place where me and my relatives could eat and visit; coke machine was not working on my floor and a breakfast tray sat in the ice machine room for two days, but other than that, it was a great place to stay; very nice pool area and great shuttle service to the airport.

Check in and check out was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and pleasant. Did have some issues with internet access from room. other then that the whole experience was pleasant. Would definatly stay there again.
