“Much better than I expected...”

“Great Location. Great service”

Was there for the Rock N' Roll Marathon. Great location as it was walking distance from the finish line therefore can bypass marathon traffic which was ridiculous. Hotel provided shuttle service and a pasta dinner. In close proximity to fast food places and close to Arizona Mills.

“Very Comfortable Visit”

An excellent hotel, very clean and well run. After a hectic day it was a pleasure to come back this hotel to relax. I gave one point off for "condition and maintenance of the hotel" for two very minor complaints. First the large glass sliding doors of the shower often got jammed and were difficult to slide open and shut. Second, there is a bit of street noise for this location, however it is easily drowned out with earplugs (I had a very pleasant and uninterrupted night's sleep).

“Good experience”

Spent one night and had a two-day seminar at the Sheraton. Realizing the blind was down and we couldn't close the curtain for privacy, I informed the front desk and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. Although the hotel was busy, the rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in the hotel's cafe and the meeting facilities were great.

“I would recommend this hotel!”

I give this hotel a good review. The staff were very friendly and nice. The hotel room was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. I loved how the bathroom was remodeled to be more up-to-date. The only drawback was the traffic noise. We were given a room at the end. I would recommend this hotel to others.

“Good place to stay at a reasonable price.”

This hotel is next to the ASU campus and is close to Mill Ave where there are dozens of restaurants at which to find great food. The nightly rate of this hotel was reasonable, although we stayed the weekend before Christmas which may have meant decreased rates. I have only 1 complaint about this hotel: the bathroom doors are hanging and slide shut on a rail outside the room. Consequently there is a 1 inch gap all the way around the door when "shut". If bathroom privacy is a key need, this is NOT the hotel for you. Neat idea for anything BUT a bathroom!

“Clean and convenient”

I stayed at the Four Points for a week when I was in Tempe for a workshop. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. Hotel within walking distance of ASU; enjoyed visiting a couple of their museums. I like to walk, so Mill Avenue was close enough for me. Arizona Mills and Tempe Marketplace easily accessible on the bus.
