“Kimpton Scottsdale”

Perfect hotel if looking in Scottsdale - the complimentary shuttle within 3 miles of the hotel worked great! The staff was awesome.

“Fabulous”

This is a wonderful place to stay. Just a block up from the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. Breakfast in their restaurant was excellent. Both pools were wonderful. We especially loved the sand entry pool for our 2 and 4 year old daughters. I would definitely stay here again. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

“friendly front staff”

lots of staff. courtesy car was often not available because it was on a run with another guest. missed having good local café close by, but lots of starbucks. easy walking distance to the mall and Old Scottsdale. washbasin faucet was a bit ackward, and often the water didn't get very warm. shower was great. lots of parking.

“Amazing Hotel!!!”

I recently spent time at Firesky as short summer getaway and I was quite impressed. The price was excellent and was way lower than I would have expected for the quality of the hotel. It truly is an oasis in the dessert. There are two beautiful pools and a nice hot tub. The resort is small but lush and beautiful. The lanscape architect did an incredible job with the grounds, there is water flowing throughout the main courtyard area and trees everywhere. The decor is modern and very inviting. And most importantly the rooms are comfortable with wonderful beds and a nice shower. I found the staff to be courteous and willing to do anything to make your stay more comfortable. The Escalade shuttle that takes you 3 miles within the grounds is very convenient and you did need too stray much further than that to find something to do if you want to stay local.

“Great Resort and Great Location”

We had a great time at this hotel. The grounds, pool and hotel staff were perfect. The resort has a Escalade shuttle service that operates in a 3 mile radius. This was a very convenient way to get to Old Town and the upscale shopping center both of which have many great places to eat. The pool was a lot of fun and everybody was friendly and helpful. We had a good time with at the Italian restaurant within the resort.

“Nice place to stay”

This is an older hotel that was renovated (it appears recently renovated). Rooms were nice as were the hotel grounds. Loved the pools, especially the beach pool with a sandy beach. Exactly what I expect from a Kimpton Hotel.

“Loved it!”

Decor is creative and modern and clean. The pool area is like a tropical oasis with drink and snack service.Kids love the sandy beach pool. Firesky also hands out free s'mores packs for use at the (2)firepits. The location is excellent. We didn't rent a car but walked 2-3 blocks each day to restaurants or the Fashion Mall which has a free trolley (bus) that will take you to Old Town. Firesky also has the car service available to take you within 3 miles. City itself is pricey. Concierge also recommends pricey restaurants even if you ask for cheap! Good values:Yogurtland is awesome and close, Cientos Agaves in Old Town has $1 taco Tuesday's and is yummy, Chipoltle is close,we read there's a Johnny Rockets in the mall. Roaring Fork across the street has specials and prime rib on Sundays(kinda pricey but delicious). If you buy a spa service and keep your receipt you get 20% off at Taggio's. Plus Firesky gives you a 25% coupon for spa services as well(which are also expensive). Free coffee & tea in the morning is good. We found out about alot of these things from the other guests and these reviews.Firesky didn't inform us of hardly any of these things. BTW, a cab from the airport is about $25 without tip. Upon leaving we asked guest services to call us a cab and they called a car service instead which cost us an extra $10. I hope you find these tips helpful. It's a great place to stay!

“Will definitely go back!”

We absolutely loved the FireSky! The staff was awesome, pools beautiful and tranquil, and the rooms comfortable. The lobby is decorated beautifully as well. We chose this hotel because we wanted a more low key place vs. the larger resorts that have waterparks. This was exactly what we had hoped it would be. We can't wait to go back. It's in a great location close to shopping and restaurants.
