The service at the hotel was excellent. Someone was always there to help even with the littlest of problems. It was worth the money. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely go back if I wanted 5 star accommodation.

We stayed at the Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale AZ for 4 nights and the resort is aging but still in great shape. It is well laid out and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great location, and a great time.

Had a wonderful, luxurious time here. Service was impeccable as all staff are very well trained. Concierge desk was very helpful. Special benefits from Presidents Club was well worth it, re free WIFI, free golf club rentals, etc. Its a great vacation spot to relax!

We loved this hotel. The service was extremely friendly and pleasant - no snobby attitude on the contrary. They knew in advance what we needed - offered to make reservations, get us a cart, whatever we asked for. Much attention to small details. For example, we had a car - when we asked to bring it around, the car was waiting, air conditioning on (we were in Phoenix) and two cold bottles of water in the car... and written instructions to the airport! Spa was beautiful. Pools were comfortable, plenty of towels, cushions, etc. Fantastic hotel, restaurants were excellent, the scenery is beautiful. Will definitely try to go back asap!!! We have traveled to many 4 and 5 star resorts and this is one of hte best.

The Fairmont has obviously ingrained "customer service excellence" at all levels of the organization. There was not a single aspect of our stay/experience that was not 100% perfect.

We had a wonderful time at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess resort. From the moment we arrived to check out. I really loved this resort and the Willow Stream Spa. Our room was very nice with a large deck. On Saturday they put on a Fire works show at 9 pm we could see the show from our deck sipping cocktails. We dined at Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda and the lounge. We went to the Willow Stream spa three times. I can hardly wait to go back to this resort.
