Spent Thanksgiving break at the Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale. Top notch service all around. Can't wait to go again next year.

This was our first visit to a Fairmont hotel and we were extremely impressed. We were in a Gold Suite and the staff in the Gold Lounge were fantastic.

My wife and I needed our first getaway after 4 children. We got to the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly, and we were really able to just relax.

“Top Notch Service and Beauty”

Excellent... From Jack at Valet to Stephanie by the pool (also cannot leave out Tyler at the coffee stand), the staff could not have been better. We spent six days at the hotel and cannot wait to get back... Everything was top notch. The stadium course is in great shape as well. The only drawback would be the prices at the Bourbon Steak and La Hacienda. Dinner was good at both, just thought both meals were overpriced by about 40%. Oh yeah, if you go, the Willow Stream Spa is amazing. My first massage and relaxation session ever and it was better than expected...

Ambience to die for. Service outstanding! Always a great time. Food superb! Conveniently located to everything we wanted and needed to do! Even beyond helpful to my visitors who were not staying at the hotel.

“Fairmont Scotsdale Princess”

At first i had a AC , broken shades. Therefor the manager, Otto ? moved me to a different room and gave me compensation. He and i agreed it was not up to the Fairmont standards.

“Weekend Relaxation”

I have stayed at The Fairmont Princess many times and it is always good to go back. Beautiful location and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant, Bourbon Steak, has great food.

“Great service”

This was a leisure trip for me and my husband. I am so glad we upgraded to the gold level. This gave us access to the lounge and spa. A full breakfast with a different touch of local flavor were included along with beverages and snacks and desserts. Everyday we were surprized with a new quiche, sausage, potato dish and juice along with fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and cereal. The cocierge staff was very attentive and helpful. The choice of pools and the spa access were another bonus. My absolute favorite was the warm waterfall. It was wide enough for several people and allowed for a choice of the pressure of the plunge. The rooftop pool was another favorite for its quiet retreat.
