Pros: I liked the hotels easy access to I 10 and the quality for the cost.
Cons: Nothing on this visit.
Location: The hotel has easy access to I 10. Further to the east on Chandler Avenue, there is a large mall with quality stores. Intel offices are nearby.
All the staff that I met were clean, well dressed and friendly. The room was clean, adequately stocked with soap, towels and everything appeared new. The king bed was comfortable. I found this location to be quiet and had a restful night.

Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: The rooms were not clean and housekeeping never came to clean my room each day
Location: There are plenty of places to eat and a movie theatre close.
My experience was good with the staff and that was about it. The room was awful and no housekeeping and a big insect problem. very untidy and filthy. I would not recommend to stay here and they need new management who cares about how their hotel looks to travelers.

OK visit

When we arrived we were told the room wasn't ready and told to return in 30 minutes so went to dinner and returned about an hour and a half. When we returned the clerk wasn't there, a sign hanging on the desk said he was out helping another guest. He did not return for 25 minutes and said he was with the police on site. Not a good start. The room was fine although we had trouble with the front door not locking properly. We smelled something odd when we got close to the bathroom and discovered a to go bag from Burger King with a partially eaten burger stuck in the cabinet below the sink. I liked the cost and the access to I-10. We'd stay again but will check all the cabinets!

Great hotel, bad service

the only thing I have to complain about was that it took the front dest 40 mins to check me in. I went on a Saturday and they oy had one guy working the front desk. The place was busy , although we he was great I was late to my event because of the check in wait.

For the price and conveniently located off the10/202 highway and the kitchenette my stay was fine. The facility was in poot condition due to bad rainfalls, which made the place look bad.

Hotel for the weekend.

Needed a place to stay while my new place was getting set up. Found this on Expedia and stayed at others similar place so thought i try it and was in my budget. Not the same had people basic lyrics living there were nice but made to much noise.

The staff here is really nice especially Esmeralda she had issue with her Computer and was very apologetic and ever made a few jokes about it which I liked. This location is currently going though a remodel which is great but unfortunately I was put in a room that was just painted so the small of paint was overwhelming I did not say anything but I'm sure if I did they would have moved me to another room again staff was really friendly. Another issue I had was there was no trash cans or hangers in the room they must if forgot to put them back after they remodeled that room. I plan on visiting Phoenix again soon and I will stay at this hotel again as long as the remodel is complete.
