Clean hotel, friendly staff, breakfast-not so good Posted 6-Apr-2015
The hotel staff was friendly and even though the computers were updating when we arrived, the clerk did his best to get us checked in as quickly as possible. The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, but our room was very smoky. We requested a new room and were given one immediately. The room was clean and there was a nice little stove, refrigerator (with ice maker) and microwave. They do not stock any dishes at all, but we could have requested some according to the signage. We were there two nights and were surprised that maids did not come into the room to change towels or anything during our stay. The breakfast (as other reviewers mentioned) was not good. Packaged muffins and granola bars, instant oatmeal and coffee. We opted to go to a restaurant to get some real food instead of the processed, not so healthy choices they offered. The coffee however, was good! :)

I apologize for the odor issues you experienced as well as our failure to inform you of our housekeeping services. We are a non-smoking hotel; however, we will have an occasional guest that does not honor that agreement. We do have a process for taking care of this and I am sorry that was not completed prior to you checking in. Extended Stay Hotels provides housekeeping services based on a guestâs length of stay. Housekeeping services are provided once a week for guests who stay eight nights or more. For guests staying less than a week and for guests who desire additional housekeeping services, we offer the opportunity to purchase full housekeeping or refresh services for a nominal fee. In addition, we always offer upon request, complimentary exchange service at the front desk for items such as towels, bed linens, and soap. We will use your comments to coach our team to provide better communication of our services in the future. Thank you again for sharing your comments with us. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any of our other brand locations, in the future.
