A clean and comfortable hotel room. Well worth the price. I will stay at this place the next time I'm in town

Great location - close to I 10.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Needs a good cleaning. The sofa looked dirty and the carpet.
Location: Perfect location - right beside freeway - could go anywhere I wanted easy
Several issues with my reservation because I called to let them know that I was not going to be there Friday night, but wanted to make sure my room would still be there on Saturday night and especially since it was already paid for. After arguing with the agent on duty at the hotel finally agreed to hold my room. The issue was they could not give me credit for Friday night - which didn't matter to me. I kept telling them that. (We stayed at the grand canyon) Friday night,. Had been in the car all day and got to my room and it was a little dingy - carpet looked dirty, when I went to the bed hit my leg on a piece of metal - part of the bed was sticking out in the middle. went to the office and they had the maintenance come and fix it on Sunday. Saturday night when I went to bed there was something black on the bedspread/blanket. Was to tired to ask for another one. The next morning I found out that they only clean the rooms every 3 days and change your linnens. I just gave up and lived with it.

Close to a location that i was working at

it took over three hours for my room to finally cool down. the room had a musty smell as well. my coworkers ac was broken and they transferred him to another room that wasnt even cleaned yet. my other coworkers room was nasty in her opinion. boogers all over the bathroom door, bad smell from the ac and she wouldnt even sit on the couch.

For those who are staying for shorter periods of time, services can be purchased for a minimal fee. got disapointed

After looking at the room, we went grocery shopping. When we got back, I noticed that somebody got into the room and went to the bathroom. I did not appreciate the fact that somebody entered the room when the door was locked. I was scared. Nothing was taken, but I did not want to stay there. So I went to Stay America on 50th. and Ray Street.

Cons: Clean it, fix it, it's not like they are not getting paid for the rooms
Location: Many restaurants and convenience stores close by
When we first walked in the room, we noticed a bad smell, but I said it was ok, we could handle it. I turned my head to look at the bathroom mirror and it was clearly dirty, full of spots everywhere. Then when I entered the bathroom, I noticed a cleaner left behind, no big deal, but when I looked at the bathroom floor, it was full of hairs and spots, it was obviously not cleaned. The shower head was leaking and there was a towel taped around it, the towels had big black stains. We didn't have housekeeping service. I know it was a lower price hotel, but it wasn't the cheapest and for the price, I think people do deserve to have at least a clean room. P.S. You can hear your neighbors' conversations and/or hear clearly what they are listening to on TV and the beds are terrible.

Very nice rooms and reasonable price.Had a full kitchen that I wasn't expecting. I've paid a lot more and had horrible service and dirty rooms. Staff and property were very nice. Great location right next to the freeway.

Smoke smell

Everything was fine except for the cigarette smoke smell. Which was so bad that it outweighed everything else. Other than that it's not bad. So if you're a smoker, you're in luck. If you're not, make sure you get a nonsmoking room it avoid it altogether.
