“Great Hotel”

The people that work there are so friendly and respectful. I didn't have one problem with my stay at the hotel. I will definately recomend and stay there again . Thank You for such a comfortable stay.

Facilities and grounds were finely kept. Pool was nice also. friendly staff. Overall better than I expected for the price range.

“I enjoyed my stay”

This Extended Stay is far superior to others I have stayed at. The location is not difficult to get to if you know the Phoenix area. It really takes only about 10 minutes to get to the property from anywhere in the Airport or even from Tempe or Downtown. Paradise Valley and Scottsdale are minutes away also. There is shopping very close and the noise is at a minimum.

“Extended Stay always offers a good deal with great amenities”

We didn't stay at this hotel very long, just the night we arrived in Phoenix and the night before the plane took off. However, our short stay was comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located to the airport and places to eat. I've stayed with this chain in other locations, and though we didn't use it this time, I really appreciate having a full refrigerator and microwave, stove-top, and cooking utensils available. I had a good experience on this stay, and I'll continue to use this hotel chain in the future. The only negative that I experienced on this particular visit was a peculiarity of the heating and cooling system -- for some reason the cold air went through the kitchen area and over a gap in the wall dividing it from the sink area and bathroom, so one half of the room was freezing, and the bed side of the room didn't receive much circulation at all and was a bit stuffy.

A great place to stay if your looking for something close to the airport with easy access to the airport.

Most Phoenix airport chain hotels are older and not suitable for the single traveler. This one is a few blocks north of one of the main street airport access points, and walking distance to several major stores. Kitchen facilities include a full size fridge and even a dishwasher. If two are sharing, the room affords itself nicely for one person sleeping and one watching TV. The two part bath is also a nice touch. Would serve well for longer stays as well as just an overnight for an early morning flight.

“Pleasantly surprised”

We drove into Phoenix in mid afternoon and with the help of the Garman found the hotel easily. I checked in and the girl was telling me where the fitness room was located and I stopped her mid sentence asking "we don't need an exercise room we need pizza". She pulled out a brochure for a place locally and we ordered and ate a delicious pizza. We were pleasantly surprised with all the room we had in the unit. The kitchen, living room, bedroom area, vanity and bathroom were so spacious. Unlike a normal motel room. We will definitely stay at your chain in the future.

Very nice and affordable, check in staff was friendly
