The front desk staff was amazing! He was so patient so helpful and really was just so nice! Made the situation I was in so much easier and just appreciated the welcoming feeling!

I like this hotel
The room was nice and clean, had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable-more so than my own bed. The people staying there are so quiet at night-unlike other hotels I have stayed where people are noisy. I stay there every time I need to be in Phoenix. The staff is very friendly.

Clean rooms - well-kept grounds- did a good job of keeping out riff raff. If your next door to loud people you’ll hear everything they do, sound-proofing could be better. More pillows would be cool. Overall, for Mesa, the value is good & I will be returning.

Outside dated, inside decent, surrounding area bad
Check in starts at 2pm, they didn’t have a room ready. No big deal, I come back at 3 and they have it ready. The area surrounding the hotel was sketchy, not the hotels fault. The exterior of the hotel is in need of a major facelift, makes the hotel look crummy. However I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the room. Spacious and modern-ish. I saw other comments on Roaches and I did look for them but didn’t see any. It looks like some minor wall damage in the shower but that’s it. Didn’t check out the pool or the amenities. As for location it’s listed as being near Sloan park…eh not really but the ghetto is probably less appealing lol. This hotel is overall a fine place to stay a night in the Phoenix area.

The room was in poor condition in terms of the furnishings. The bed was just a mattress on a spring frame on top of a platform. Very uncomfortable. Towels shed an incredible amount of lint. No room maintenance. Thankfully I was only there for 3 days.
