“A gem at its pricepoint.”

This hotel is a gem at its pricepoint. It's not luxurious by any means, but I am 100% pleased at what I got considering what I paid. It's clean (tho' not sparkling white given it's age), and the staff are very friendly and courteous. Free internet, free (simple) breakfast, 24-hour coffee/tea in lobby, fridge/micro in room, free airport shuttle, free parking. Nice pool area. Right across the street from light rail; near grocery store if you want to use the fridge/micro. I would definitely stay there again.

we had gone to a lot of effort to plan an inexpensive vacation, and i got a great rate on this hotel. it was the last of 3 stops we made in arizona, and we were very pleased when we opened the door. the room was spacious, clean, and smelled fresh. there were few people staying and we had the pool to ourselves at night. the staff was very courteous and helpful in response to our questions. it is convenient to other attractions, the freeway access, and shopping. would stay again. recommend visiting Goldfield, it was great fun!

“Perfect Location”

Located in the heart of Tempe, it is close to Hwy. 202 and we were able to travel all over the Phoenix area with ease. The breakfast was a nice addition to our day. Nothing fancy, but a great place to stay. The light rail stops right in front of the motel, also making travel effortless. They also have a pool.

I stayed at this hotel when attending concerts and other activities in Tempe. From the airport shuttle and the light rail system just steps from the lobby, to the service of the competent staff, this hotel is a most convienient, affordable and pleasant place for me to stay.

We were surprised that their were actual two queen size beds. The room was spotless. We used the pool. The pool was clean as well as the pool area. The front desk people were polite and professionl. Will use this hotel again Also will recommend it to friends and family that are going to the Tempe area!
