“family trip”

Was nice but when need to stay one more day they had no other there rooms. So we had to fine another place to stay.

“Clean, basic place”

Reasonably priced, with a Waffle House restaurant right out front. Rather sparse, but adequate continental breakfast. Mattresses were newer so really comfortable. Place needs a bit more maintenance, though.

“Cheap Phoenix Hotel”

Very basic hotel at a low cost in a safe neighborhood. Conveniently located next to the freeway for travel.

Cheap hotel in a convenient location. Located in a decent area close to the freeway.

“Too much noise”

The hotel location is close to the freeway, there are a few places that you can get something to eat. Breakfast is very modest, mini bagels, white bread, cereal and juice and a fruit and very sugary pastries. Not very healthy!! Here comes the worse part, it depends which room you get, our room was on the second floor. There is a noise coming from the business their compressor is working outside from 6am, beside there is a garbage collection too very early too. The airport is close so noise from flying airplanes. So if you want to get up early the and noise would not annoy you the hotel might be good for you. The room is specious and clean but I will not recommend the hotel because of the noise.

“Disappointed”

On one day, housekeeping failed to clean our room. We were out of the room between 10 am and 10 pm visiting relatives in the area. When this was reported, the desk clerk became defensive, stating "that's because you had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door at 8 am" (it was removed when we left for the day). He did offer to move us to another room, but we were very tired after a long day. Plus, the hotel does not give attention to many details: very loose faucet, very slow drain, tattered signage, litter, etc. Very affordable, but you get what you pay for.

“Not alot going on...”

The hotel staff did not speak English after the first day. My shower head was broken when I got there and did not get fixed after I told the staff, One of them even asked me if I had broken it ! the hotel was clean Inside but the outside was a mess the grounds were run down and shabby and one security door did not even work.. I would not stop here again...

“Days Inn North Phoenix”

It was clean. However maintenance is noticeably slipping. Carpets need to be shampoo'd, door lock sets need attention - loose. The bar fridge wasn't working and was not attended to for the entire week's stay. Towels were very coarse - baked in the drier and should have been replaced. Continental breakfast had three cereal containers but only two types of cereal. Only 1 staff on duty in morning trying to handle checkouts, breakfast restocking and phonecalls - impossible task for a hotel of this size.
