Our stay was very nice. It is close to resteraunts and not far from the BMX track.

We were in Phoenix 7 days for a Family reunion, and wanted a good home base so as not to put extra burden on our hosts. The motel was clean, well maintained, all the staff was personable and helpful. Very good value . The housekeepers were very quiet and inconspicuous, and made the room whether we left at 7AM or 2PM. Having a Waffle House in the parking lot was a plus, as we could get something to eat anytime. There was also an Italian restaurant across the street, and a Cracker Barrel 2 blocks away. Very convenient to I-17 and 101 (the LOOP). Negatives; Our keycards stopped working twice during the stay, but both the housekeepers and management were attentive and got this corrected in minutes. Towels were a bit rough (could have used a little fabric softener)

Hotel was nice and clean. Room had a microwave and fridge in it that was not advertised (awesome bonus!!). Breakfast was good too.

The super duper surprise hotel rate gave me a choice that was close to my destination at about half of what I would have otherwise paid.

Started off great with front desk very nice and polite a pleasure to gheck in. The grounds were clean and nice the room was very nice and clean Would stay here again without a dought.

The outside of the hotel could use an update...but the inside was a nice surprise. Was happy with the room and the breakfast. All in all, a nice stay.

It was a good for the funds that we spent. The only thing that I would change is the size 0f the towels the are small . I ask for more towels and recivied them . The room was clean as will as the grounds . It was also quiet there , begin so close to the freeway.

“Very clean hotel with friendly staff, but some flaws”

The my room was very clean. The cleaning staff was great. The front desk staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was good. I like bagels and cream cheese. On the down side, the wifi coverage from my room was spotty - most of the time not working. I had to get on in the lobby, which worked every time I tried it. Only one staff person seemed to know how to make it work, and and it appeared she only worked in the late afternoon. The spa was neither warm nor cold and the staff would not make it warmer. The phone from my room was barely working, even to lobby staff. My wife had trouble hearing me.
