“Enjoyed our stay!”
The hotel is an older hotel but it is in good shape. The grounds are beautifully kept. One of our party golfed at the hotel and was amazed at the course. The restaurant was great and there was a Starbucks attached. It was very convenient to all major highways. We totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool but it was very inviting!

Very comfortable room locate in an area that has easy acccess to all areas. Great breakfast, orange trees outside your deck, lots of parking, friendly staff great pool and
“San Marcos Great Retreat”
I can honestly say this was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. I am disabled with a walking impediment. The front desk staff immediately changed my room to a first floor locaiton knowing I could not walk down stairs to evacuate should there be an emergency. The maid service was first rate. I managed to lock myself out of my room and the outside phones to the desk were a great help. The staff literally responded within minutes and let me in the room. They couldn't have been more considerate. I had to deal with a number of stressful issues while in Phoenix and my room was a great retreat. The rooms are incredibly quiet and everything was clean and orderly. I will definitely return but this time with family in tow.
“Great Stay for a Good Price”
I stayed for one night with my wife and kids, we slept pretty well and then in the morning we went walking to Old Downtown Chandler and around the hotel area.

Check in is fast, staff is professional and courteous. Room was nice and comfortable. Walls were a bit thin or neighbors too noisy. Good restaurant and food. Brunch was great. Location is really good nice bars and eatery within walking distance. Would love to return and play golf.
“Very satisfies with the Crowne Plaza-San Marco”
This is a very nice place, in a nice location, and is well run and maintained. Hotel is used for weddings so it has to be nicely maintained. Nice courtyard that is in close proximity to a lot of good restaurants. A starbucks is also on the grounds. In addition the breakfast coupons were for full breakfast and or the buffet which is very generous and was an excellent way to start the day. The pool and hot tub are big and in pleasant surroundings.

“I love Chandler”
Have stayed there before, love this hotel. However, this time around I had requested a specific room. Called to confirm it 2 days before. When I arrived, the room had been given away. The reason was because I didn't book through the hotel but through Expedia.!!!! But, for the most part would go back again...and probably will.
