Staff and rooms were good area not the fault property but the people around the street people could be better kept from around the property not by security but from city police other than that nice stay thank you for allowing me and family to stay

I did not have a chance to check a property. Front desc closed 11 pm, but it was not any notes on Expedia website. We arrived on 2 am and on the middle of the night discovered that we can't get to the hotel after 6 hours driving and then did drive around to find another place to stay. When the next day I called to Expedia for a refund, agent told me that I have to pay a cancelation fees. I tried to explain him, that I did not cancel that reservation. That situation happened, because of your negligence., and you have to refund money, but he refused. I told him in this case I have to find a lower and ask for compensation. Terrible

I don't even know how a property like this is able to operate. First the room is nothing like the pictures, it's so run down and terrible. We didn't even have a mirror in the bathroom, I felt like we were on a jail cell. There used to be a mirror because there was a piece in the bottom of the toilet. The lamp on the night stand didn't even have a bulb and the toilet paper holder was broken. The noise outside was crazy, people grilling in the parking lot with loud music, and it felt so unsafe. I was looking for a place to rest and I know this was priced lower than other properties and I can see why. The stuff was very friendly but not much they can do about the condition of the hotel

We were checked in by a security office dressed in a bullet proof vest and gun on his hip. While getting our things two Phoenix officers showed up. Did not feel safe all night! I would not recommemd this place to anyone. hip

As we arrived to the hotel we were greeted by a fully armed bulletproof vest officer who was in charge of doing the checking. As we were waiting to get a room police officer arrived at the location going up and down the stairs searching for something or someone! People were doing at this location. Expedia should not be promoting places like this one. We were very scared. We did not stayed at this hotel! Very scary situation. I would never recommend this hotel at all

Our room wasn’t ready until after 7 pm !! Check in was at 3! … the lady who ran the place was in the back on the phone cussing about another employee and the new guy up front didn’t know what he was doing . Very unprofessional. My room was dirty , we didn’t get towels and our door did not shut all the way . We stayed one night and left early because it was awful . Save your money . This is not the place .

The hotel was extremely dirty. The room was dirty the floor was filthy. The counters didn’t look like they were wiped off. My clean towels had stains on them, and the unit above me had children that ran jumping and banging all night on the floor.

Check-in with a reservation took over 1 hours. LOTS of paperwork and a $100 security deposit was required that should be refunded in 3 days...I hope. Room was clean but smelled strongly of a disinfectant that my husband and I both had allergic reaction to. Room had a refrigerator, stove, and microwave but no coffeepot - the only thing we wanted. Also no coffee in the lobby. We also had 1 set of towels for 2 people and couldn't get another because they "were out". Some windows in other units were broken. Definitely don't advise staying here

The room smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room the toilet leaked when flush, the toilet paper holder was broken and appeared housekeeping did do a good job in cleaning or sanitizing.

I paid for my room on-line. I was told when I called in that I could check in at 7am , we arrived at 7:30am and manager , rudely said, she never talked to me abd that we'd have to wait until 3:00pm. Nice couple said we could wait in their room and so we went to room and waited he left to take his girlfriend to work. Housekeeping came by and kicked us out for trespassing. Manager didn't let us explain. She DNR my reservation. Said to contact you guys for my refund

The rooms stunk of cigarette smoke and cat urine. No blankets or pillows only one towel for two people. The door really didn't lock. When you get checked in they want a 100 for a deposit. Stay away from this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible experience. There was roaches in the bathroom. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. We got locked out of our room from 3am-7am. The key did not work and the front desk was closed. There is no after hour number. The “emergency phone” did not work. We had to wait outside in the cold for 4 hours because our belongings were in the room.

The lady at the front desk at night is an angel. The rooms are trash. Lights w/ exposed wires hanging, holes in the walls, cold showers in December also. I let the hot water run for over 45 minutes & still never got hot. I ended up heating up water in the microwave & putting it in the sink so I could bird bath. Prostitutes crawling at night. I will NEVER rent there again. I'll sleep in my car first

I made choice of this place due to price and it looked clean online. I was told room was smoke free. Upon arrival, my first room smelled like a bar room. Total smell of smoke, the paint job was horrible, the furniture looked as though it was 3 years old. Not impressed at all. I asked for a different room. Room number 2, oh it gets better, not. Room number two had no working hot water for the shower. I reported it and said I do not want to switch again, it was just rediculous. So I basically took sink sponge baths my remaining days. I could not believe that I had to go to office and turn in dirty towels and ask for more. There were trash bags in the hallways of which people left. You also had to take care of own trash into a dumpster. The place should be condemned. And there also were so bugs crawling around the rooms that I noticed. It was a horrible experience.
