Very dirty falling apart. The room was not prepared for our stay. No toilet paper provided. One towel provided. Not even hand soap. Theres was dead bugs on the floor. Nicotine marks on the ceiling of the bathroom and doorway. Overall dirty property.

The staffing apparently quit the day of my reservation. I arrived and they had rooms available but all dirty. So a large group of people all had to find a new place to stay due to the cleaning staff quitting. Expedia just told me to go find another place and they will follow up with the site. They might not give a refund as well. Overall it was a mess

Worst place I have ever stayed.had to wait to check in, and once we got in the room it was filthy. Clearly house keeping had entered the room and just over sprayed a cleaning chemical and walked out. The floor was sticky the sheets were not changed there was hair on the counters, toilet was dirty and had toilet paper in it.

This place was sketchy. Rooms were in poor shape. Bed frame was rickety. Everything looked worn out. Key cards didn't work all the time - other guests had same problem. Interesting thing were there were a lot of rules posted that I never see in better quality hotels. Things like needing the ID's of my partner even though I was paying. Nobody within 10 miles can stay there.

Bathroom door had holes in the door that wasn’t finished properly, room had grease stains on the walls, there was still dust on the ceiling, fridge and bed. Walls need to be repainted as well. Floor was not swept.

My son drove 22 hours to stay in a room that I booked in advance. I booked the room under my name (my mistake) but tried to contact Expedia to change the name but their whole system was shut down. Needless to say, I had to rebook a room for 2 days until I got in touch with Expedia. They put my son in a room that was being renovated. Sheetrock putty on the walls, holes in the door, toilet seat broke and missing a microwave. Thank God he only had to stay there 2 days and we found another place that accomodated us better.

I decided to extend my vacation and there were no vacancies where my initial hotel stay was. This place did not feel safe on approach. This hotel was an absolute catfish. Upon entering the property there are a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. Also, the room was absolutely disgusting. Appears this place is used as short term rentals/efficiencies. Wish I could add photos of our room. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Left 5 minutes into check-in.

WHAT a DUMP! Since they took a $100 security deposit, the first thing I did was photograph all the damage in the room. Holes in the walls, dents in the doors, chips & burns in the countertops, cracked caulking, you name it. It took 10 minutes and about 30 photos to record it all - just in case they tried to say I did some kind of damage. The only thing in the room that WASN'T damaged was the TV and night stand. There was an 8" spot in the tub that had rusted and been "repaired" with that ceramic chip repair paint. Then there was the issue of roaches. I saw and photographed 2 full-sized adult roaches and 3 little ones. When I got out of the shower I made the mistake of walking around the room barefoot - and I discovered the floors were filthy. The flooring color hid the dirt well - but the bottoms of my feet were almost black after just a couple of minutes walking around. At least the linens looked clean (I checked VERY closely for signs of bedbugs and thankfully there weren't any). The bed itself was comfortable, so at least there was that. There were no dishes, silverware, or even glasses in the kitchenette - which seems odd. There was no icemaker anywhere in the whole place. The staff were friendly and helpful enough, and the area around the hotel was nice. Overall this was the WORST place I have ever stayed. If I hadn't been so exhausted after 12 hours on the road I would have demanded a refund, checked out, and gone elsewhere.
