“Friendly Staff & Nice Hotel”
Having traveled to Peoria, Arizona several times a year, I have been at this property on more than one occasion and have been very satisfied. The rooms are excellent and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great hotel my lady friend manged Marriott Hotels in No. Cal. inthe past. She very impresed, Clenliness,Service and Condition of the Hotel. We will return this weekend.

The hotel is right off the highway and central to many local restaurants and shops. Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast in the morning. Lots of parking. Pool is smaller than the pictures make it look, but still refreshing.

It was a nice hotel. For the price and type of hotel it is, probably one of the best hotels of this kind I've stayed at. Continental breakfast was good, medium verity though. My only complaints are; I was put into a smoking room or too close to one. It wasn't bad enough to change rooms though (I think they have changed to a non smoking only hotel). And they need to double pane the windows to sound proof from outside noise. Get a room on the front side. This hotel has easy access to the freeway and is only 5-10 minutes away from Cardinal Stadium. Also near a lot of restaurants and bars.

We had a great time and the hotel's location next to wonderful dining and shopping was a plus. The extra comfortable beds and cleaniless of our room made it a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely stay here again during future trips to this area.
“Good hotel”
When I checked in I was given my keys and room number and then had to leave for an appointment. When I returned at 10pm I went to my room and opened the door to find that someone else was already in the room. I went back downstairs with all of my luggage in tow and was told I had been given the wrong room number. They said "I guess this must be our fault." As opposed to mine? You gave me a sheet of paper that had the wrong room number typed on it. They swapped my keys out and I went back upstairs. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Although it was listed as a double queen room, there was also a pull out couch which was a nice plus. WIFI didn't work in the room. At breakfast the next morning I waited in a line of 8. Everyone in line in front of me was an employee in uniform. When they were done serving themselves they stood in front of the food station blocking others from getting in. Everyime I tried to move around one of them another stepped in front of me to have a second helping. Maybe it's just because I work in a customer service industry but I was pretty disappointed with the staff that morning. All in all, the hotel room was nice enough to put up with the minor staff issues.
