“Comfortable room”
Convenient location to shopping and restaurants and also to the interstate. Wireless internet connection is complimentary and works well. They had purchased new pillows which were too thick for me but they found some thinner ones for us which was appreciated. Breakfast was fairly good.
“Great Night's Sleep”
Very comfortable king bed. Sheets with reasonably high threadcount and not stiff. Wireless internet connection worked flawlessly. Walking distance to Outback Steakhouse, Lone Star Grill (another steak place), and some mexican chain. Good room for the price. Cons: Don't expect much at the contintental breakfast. A perfectly safe area but nowhere near the "sexier" Scottsdale area.
“Clean & friendly.”
This hotel was very nicely located next to several great restrants and freeway access. The hotel felt new and the queen suite was very enjoyable. Hotel staff very friendly.

Would definately return. Comfortable bed, clean room and bath, and excellent variety for continential breakfast.
“Great hotel, great price”
Our room was clean, roomy and inexpensive. We had a pull-out sofa along with 2 queen beds so we had plenty of sleeping space. We also had a small refrigerator and microwave. There was some traffic noise as this hotel is just off the freeway but it wasn't bad at all. The staff was friendly and there was a nice continental breakfast available every morning which included waffles and cereal.

Great hotel, location and new mattresses!!! Would stay there again for sure. Breakfast was too busy and closed early, but that was the only negative thing about this place. Maybe a little old on the outside but great location and slept great!
“STAY IN PHOENIX”
ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT OUR KEYCARDS WOULDN'T WORK HAD TO KEEP GOING BACK TO THE OFFICE..EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT. tHANKS.
“Good, but not great”
Overall a good place to stay. -1st night, was given smoking room (no amt. of freshener would help this one), even though non-smoking was reserved. This room also had crack in floor of fiberglass bathtub. Staff very helpful & switched us to non-smoking the next night, tub intact. -Can't get change at desk for anything over a $20 -Continental breakfast was good, had make-your-own waffles -Staff not always available at desk, saw one pizza delivery guy leave because no one was there. -Location ok, along I-17 & near office buildings, but wouldn't want to wander more than a couple blocks after dark.
“Nice place to stay in Phoenix”
Room was clean, comfortable. Staff was courteous. Continental breakfast better than expected. I would stay here again. Convenient to I-17.
