“Quiet in a big city”
Upon arrival I was greeted and treated with respect. All the paperwork was handled by Expedia so I had no problems. The room was exactly what I was expected. My short stay was a peaceful, restful experience that let me relax before a big day. By arriving the night before I missed all the rush hour traffic on the freeways! The hotel was located within walking distance of the many places in downtown Mesa, Arizona. I recommended this hotel to others traveling to the area.

We lived in Arizona for a time and know the area very well. We specificly picked this hotel because we knew it was close to down town Mesa and it was in a good area. Has a nice pool and hot tub also. Very quiet area.

“Beautiful hotel!”
The hospital was very nice and fairly easy to find. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was very nice and had the best hotel bed I have every slept in. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing wrong at all was one hair in the sink in the bathroom. We will definately use this hotel again!

Most comfortable bed we have ever slept in at a hotel. Very clean and everything relatively new.
“Comfortable, Clean, & Quiet”
Such a new (19 months at my visit)and clean hotel seemed out of place in it's surroundings which appeared a downtrodden neighborhood. Despite the neighborhood, I felt safe with the desk staffed 24 hours a day, lot's of cameras (monitored at the front desk), and a good fence around the hotel and parking. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and a very nice TV. The free breakfast was slightly above average. The staff was friendly and courteous. The pool and hot tub were adequate.

“Deserves more stars”
I couldn't tell why the hotel rated only 2 1/2 stars when I booked it. Maybe it's the fact that it is a bit removed from the center of town. The rooms are spacious, clean and very nice. Give it another star, at least.
