“Awesome value!”
The value of this hotel is amazing! Free breakfast AND dinner every night with beer and wine every evening. Shuttle service to airport or malls- whatever you need. Comfortable beds, microwaves, large refrigerators and coffee makers in every room. It might not be the newest or fanciest hotel, but the people are just wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and again and again........ Very happy with my stay!

Customer Service was outstanding, free breakfast, happy hour & dinner - all staff was smiling, friendly and helpful
“Reasonably comfortable”
Clean room, a little more than I wanted to pay, but comfortable. Freeway close and easy to access room. Breakfast pretty good, and well attended by staff to keep replenished. Didn't take advantage of manager's happy hour, but I think there was one free beer or glass of wine.

“Less than advertised ...”
Generally, the impression was the place is worn down and needs a good overhaul. Chips missing in patio concrete, overall tired look. Typical problem with room AC blowing curtains directly above. The wireless Internet service does not cover all areas (such as my room) and even in the lobby was weak. I waited at the lobby counter for a long time with workers in the office to the side not bothering to come out. They were obviously not the counter help at the moment and weren't going to do somebody else's work. The breakfast was the one highlight: well stocked, a worker keeping things stocked and cleaned up. I'll try another place for this price. Disappointed.
“Small Rooms”
Ok hotel with decent service, location is good (easy access to Interstate 10) but rooms are very small. If you're an indivdual traveling you might be ok, but for families you'll be claustrophobic in a few minutes. Free breakfast was ok but also held in a small room. Probably won't be staying here again.
“In transition...might be better in a few weeks”
The hotel is converting to green energy...we thought we would have a hot tub at night after a long day....but the heater was out for the entire 8 day stay...the sun got the pool up to a decent temp, but 85 degrees does not work for the hot tub....The manager did make some concessions Our room had some work done on it. We were the first to use it after the work. Imagine checking in at 10 pm and finding half the lamps were not working because they were not plugged in...we needed someone to move the bed to get to the outlet....the housekeeping staff had to be reminded to give us bath towels and wash towels for the 2 of us and leave us with coffee cups several times...the breakfest was pretty good
“Ants and poor customer service at this location!”
Ants were crawling on the walls in the bathroom and around the bathroom sink. The lady at the front desk denied knowing anything about it and although I asked her to send someone to investigate, no on ever showed up. Each employee I encountered looked like they hated their jobs - no one smiled. We stayed 2 days and I had to look for a housekeeper to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and tissue; our room was not cleaned.
