“Excellent, You will not be disappointed.”

This hotel should be rated at least 4 stars. We spent 8 nights & it was a Very Relaxing Place to Stay. We loved every minute. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast was included and is great with eggs to order, french toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee, etc. The suite was large, & well maintained. Room service Excellent, the sports bar has great food and atmosphere. There are 2 courtyards, 2 large pools and 2 hot tub. Cocktails are free for 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the club house near the pool. There is a large mall within 2 blocks, Old Scottsdale village is 8 Blocks South & the zoo is only a few miles south. There is a car rental agent in the lobby. Free shuttle to the airport. A Very Relaxing Place to Stay. We loved every minute.

“Great deal”

We couldn't have been happier with this hotel and felt it was a great bargain. The complementary breakfast was great, and the happy hour in the afternoon was another great benefit. The location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. It was my 2nd time here and hopefully, not my last.

Well located in Scottdale this hotel has many amenities for the price. Large comforable rooms and beds; pretty grounds; and a great coplimentary cook-to-order breakfast.newpaper at door. I brought guests from New England and they loved it! We will all return.

First time in Arizona. This was a great place to stay, good restaurant, friendly staff. Can even rent a car from the lobby. Morning breakfast is wonderful. Grounds are kept up and extremely pretty.

Our stay here was great.If you are looking for something fancy like a resort and spa then this is not for you.The place was clean and has a very friendly staff. The rooms are not the most up to date,but clean and comfortable.The breakfast was good and the happy hour is a must. This hotel was a great find and we will be staying there again.

“Best Value in Scottsdale”

I'm 55 and have been traveling internationally all my working life. One would have to search far and wide to find a better value than the Chaparral Suites: Airport shuttle. Nice Rooms. Complimentary breakfast buffet, Manager's Reception every evening, decent fitness facility, tennis court, two pools, very good food, Good Sports Bar, terrific room service. Friendly staff. I can't say enough good things about this place. I used to be a regular at the Fire Sky next door at twice the price but half the amenities. The hotel next door has a nicer pool area and lobby, but the rooms are lousy compared to the Chaparral Suites, and the amenities don't even come close. The CS even has a "safe" in every room to store your valuables. (I had things stolen by housekeeping staff at the hotel next door, but I must say that they reimbursed me for the loss). If you're a status seeker, stay next door. But if you're a value seeker, stay at the Chaparral Suites. Fashion Square Mall is just a 10 minute brisk walk too.

We had an impressive stay at Chapparal Suites Resort. We were given a room with a view of Camelback Mountain that even the locals were impressed with. From breakfast in the morning, cocktails at night, and delicious prime rib at an evening meal at the Sports Grill at Chapparal Suites it was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was worth getting up for. The two hour complimentary happy hour was very relaxing at the end of the day. The location could not have been more convenient-- shopping, restaurants, and more.
