“A great place to stay”

Checked in late (around 9:00 p.m.) with no problems. Very polite and friendly van driver took me to my Villa. Room was impressive - large, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Van service was timely. Upon check out, the front desk was able to print my airline boarding pass. Hotel is in a rural area but only about 20 minutes from Scottsdale!

“Great customer service”

We had reservations at a restaurant nearby, and mentioned to the valet that we would be needing a taxi later. He volunteered to take us there in a hotel van, and then pick us up. We were delighted with the service, friendly attitude, and the overall feeling of welcome at this hotel.

“Second time to Carefree Resort and hope to return next year!”

This was our second trip to Carefree Resort and it was as great as the first time. We were there the last week of Aug. and there was some roof work being done and other repairs because of storms that had come through but we still had a great time. The pool was open and the water was perfect. Love the new cushions on the chairs. The room renovations were wonderful. Just love the nice spacious rooms. May try a villa next year but we really like the resort rooms and the views from there. The staff was very nice and patient when we arrived since we changed rooms 3 times for a better view and it was worth it. The staff there makes it nice to be there. Love the cookout by the pool on Sat. Great food at great prices. So many nice people everywhere we went while we were there and that makes for a really nice vacation. Can't wait to return someday!

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!”

We just got home from our trip to this wonderful resort and are already planning our next trip! The customer service at this hotel was above and beyond anything we ever expected. We got lost on our way to the hotel, called them and they stayed on the line with us, stood in the street and waived their arms when we arrived, then met us at the door with two bottles of ice cold water. Every single request, no matter how small and insignificant or seemingly (at least to us) grandiose was granted. There was a constant breeze and the pool, hot tub and fitness center are open 24 hours a day, so for us east coasters with time change issues, being able to go to the gym at 4 am was a great asset. Honestly, we can't say enough wonderful things about this resort - it and everyone who worked there was amazing and wonderful and we will definately be back!!!!!!

“In love with Carefree”

We went for a family celebration, and numerous guests were staying at this hotel. Many times we gathered together and there were no issues at breakfast, for instance, when more people kept showing up in the restaurant. The wait staff were friendly, kept bringing menus, taking new orders, and splitting the bills. We gathered at the pool, as did other parties, and no one ever said we were making too much noise, or that our group was getting too big. And the pool was big enough to accommodate multiple groups. This was a wonderful place for family gatherings. In the Saloon they had no problem setting a table for 15. Good service, good food, great pool, nice large room, loved the decor. We'd definitely go back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the resort. We had a very large and comfortable room, had a great time playing in the beautiful pool, and also enjoyed playing tennis. Resort staff were very friendly and helpful. We really were pleasantly surprised w/ everything. The resort also provided shuttle service when we needed it.
