“Issue with Expedia”
The hotel was fine; however, the room I requested, the standard suite vs. studio suite was not available. There was some false advertising of room rate by Expedia which is disappointing.
“well worth the money”
Two things I want from a hotel - clean and good security. Also had fridge, stove, microwave. great deal for the money!
“Convenient and great value”
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and would stay again. We love the convenience of the little kitchenette, and the fact that room service doesn't come every day but we can always get fresh towels at the front desk. The desk has videos/dvds to use in the room, too. This place is close to a big mall and the freeway, so we can get anywhere we want easily. It's not fancy and I wouldn't want to hang around the place all day like I would a resort, but it's clean and suits the needs of anyone looking for a quick dip in the pool or hot tub and a comfortable night's rest after a day out and about.

Every room has a kitchenette that comes with EVERYTHING you need to make a yummy meal, silverware, pots, Tupperware, china.

The room was clean, well lit, and larger than I expected. A great room at a good price.

We booked this room as it was close to our daughter. EXCELLENT choice! Very nice room, great neighborhood, wonderful amenities, convenience store in the motel, very comfortable. I would recommend staying especially if your visit is extended as ours was. Nice work out room too.

Very clean and nice hotel. The staff were very helpful. Probably not the best neighborhood in Tempe, but no problems.

Our corporate office is around the corner from this hotel, so I decided to gve this hotel a try as I stay in Phoenix area often, but never here. I was very satisfied. They have DVD/VCR in every room, as well as free movie checkouts at the front desk. Room was very clean. Full kitchen area. Beds were comfrotable, and you can not beat the price. Close to everything. Will stay again.
“Very satisfied”
I arrived at 2:00 a.m. vs. my 5:00 p.m (previous afternoon) ETA. I reserved a smoking room, and they honored this request. The front desk was very helpful with directions to my meeting, since my GPS could not seem to find the address. I had a 4:45 a.m. departure and they were very accommodating with my 1:00 a.m. checkout. The room was everything I needed to conduct my business. There was a minor problem with the telephone which thay fixed immediately.

Great location, room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen set up would make an extended stay very affordable with meals.
