“Very Decent I would stay again.”
I had a large room which was cleaned and bed was made with clean sheets everyday for the four days I was there, It has a clean swimming pool and was just right for someone who wants a clean quiet room. This was just as nice as some 100.00 a night rooms.
“Budget Lodge of Phoenix”
From the outside this motel doesn't look like much. And the reception area could stand a coat of paint. But the rooms were fine; clean, neat, well kept, not noisy. There's a variety of eating options in the area, it's easy to get too from the interstate. I'll go back if I have to go to Phoenix again.
“bus stops,clean ,great pool”
great pool, clean, being remodeled great place , bus stops near by going in all directions
“It is What It Is: the Cheapest Motel in Northern Phoenix”
The people working there were great, could not have been more attentive or helpful. It is a welfare motel, or perhaps where families live when they've been foreclosed out of their houses, but nonetheless the grounds are well-kept if spartan.. The rest of guests seemed to be construction contractors in town for the medium haul. I felt safe. The staff are to be commended that there was real attention to keeping the room clean - as clean as it could be given cracked fittings, etc. The overall effect was Edward Hopper-esque - a desolate, slightly edgy property under the wide Western sky, with the neon light glowing above and the former motel restaurant shuttered and dark, an old damage trailor seemingly abandoned in the front parking lot. They do a very good job with what they have - I'm sure it's very good value for money in the cheapest bracket, but I'm going to spend a little more the next time I'm in Phoenix to move up a notch.
“Inexpensive stay”
Hotel was fine for the price, clean, beds made every day. If you want luxury then its not the place for you. But for the price can't beat it..
“budget hotel phoenix”
the hotel is so close to every where in Phoenix ,around 15 minutes from airport, university malls etc..the room was clean and comfortable...is a good chooice if you visit phoenix and you want save some bucks. good relation ship betwen price and quality.
“Not fancy but practical, friendly and clean~”
Honestly, I was confused by so many 1's and 5's for ratings to this establishment. I have to say that carpet with a few worn places doesnt wear down a reputation of comfort, safety with a full time security guard who was friendly and very attentive to the property and the guests to feel at home. I have been homeless as many who may come to stay here and would be there if need be i was in that situation. The staff was kind, gracious, greeted me both coming and going with an exuberant smile and warm, friendly appreciation I chose them to stay there. They have done many improvements over the past few years and it shows in the paint, the pleasant smell of cleanliness, towels, down to the pillows and linens, huge television, refrigerator with freezer, new microwave and a deep tub to soak my weary day away. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a safe, clean, friendly, inexpensive place to stay for a night or for a month. I am glad I came to stay and didnt listen to any negative postings that have been given. Thank you for going out of your way to make me feel good saving some money!!!!!!!!
“Good base for Spring Training or golfing.”
The hotel was neat enough and the staff was friendly. We were pleased to see a security guard every night at sundown. There was ample lighted parrking area. This obviously was not a destination hotel but served well as a base while we were golfing around Phoenix.
“Affordable”
Looks shabby, but it's clean and affordable. Outside was not very appealing, but it wasn't completely offputting.
“You get what you pay for”
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While the hotel rate was good, I felt it was just a place to sleep. The location was convenient and the staff was polite.
