Room was not ready for guests.

Posted 18-Jan-2015
Pros: Airport shuttle was convenient and prompt.
Cons: Heating/cooling unit. Room was too large for just one bed!
Location: Convenient to Mesa Gateway Airport.
The fan on the in room heater was very loud and kept me awake most of the night. It was cold that night and there was only a light blanket provided.

#1 Choice

Posted 16-Jan-2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing that we could think of.
Location: We were flying out early morning and wanted accommodation near the airport.
The location to Mesa Airport could not be better. The friendly, helpfull staff make you want to come back and we will. Value for accommodation in our opinion is very reasonable.

Somewhat disappointed

Posted 28-Dec-2014
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel in respect to the Mesa airport. The lobby and staff were nice.
Cons: Everything negative that I mentioned in my review.
My husband and I didn't think the room smelled clean, we also had a slow draining sink. The hotel is located on a busy road, so we did hear quite a bit of road noise. The coffee pot had water in it when we went to make coffee which made me reconsider and I did not use it. There was a table in the room that I thought should be retired as it had chips and stains.

Great location for airport

Posted 27-Dec-2014
Location: Shopping and restaurants a half mile away.
If you're flying out of the Mesa/Phoenix Gateway airport, it's an excellent place to stay -- especially if it's a 6AM departure, as ours was. So much better than getting up at 3! We weren't aware of it, but the hotel can accommodate some vehicles while you're out of town, and they have a shuttle to the airport that's two miles away.

Very nice hotel & excellent staff

Posted 30-Nov-2014
Pros: Location of hotel and staff.
Cons: Towels smelled like fuel oil, not certain if it was the detergent used.
Location: Nice shopping area within walking distance.
Staff was very accommodating. One gentleman behind the desk was so kind to even deliver chocolate chip cookies to our room when we told him we would be away from the hotel at the time they were set out.

Breakfast

Posted 15-Nov-2014
They should learn how to scramble eggs. Terribly, terribly overdone, and hard as rocks. Breakfast is ok if you just eat carbs and skip protein. Also, no breakfast meats were available. The sausage was Mixed with gravy, and scrambled # 2, was with bacon bits mixed in, also hard as rocks!
