“Pleasantly surprised”

After missing my connecting flight, I was told that I would have to wait unti the next morning to get home. The recommendations by the airline were out of my price range, so I searched on Expedia and called the toll free number. I was told that this motel was the only one with availability for the night (which I didn't exactly believe, but it was after 10pm and I needed to be back to the airport by 6:30am). The price was low, but that also made me hesitant of the quality of the room. I went with it and although the neighborhood looked questionable, the room was great. it was extremely large with a kitchen & a separate bedroom. It was very clean and the water pressure in the shower felt great. If I am every stranded at the airport and need a clean place to catch some sleep and take a quick shower, I would stay here again. Not a place to stay to explore Phoenix, but it served its purpose for my unexpected overnight stay.

“Very Disappointed”

Killed two bugs while checking in. Heat did not work in bedroom, used towels, and then went to car to get jackets to help keep warm. Lamp in front room was broken (bulb hanging out of socket by wire). No extra blankets. Staff IMJ (in my judgement) do not speak English well enough for me to understand them or for them to understand me (one had been there only a week).

“visit cousin”

old hotel in an area where we decided to lock the door and stay inside. no ice and no place close to get any munchies and lots of people on the street from a close bar. .room was reasonable. but we were happy to leave the area.

“Protitutes & Drug Addicts”

There were 6 cop cars in the parking lot when I arrived!! Apparently sleazy people hanging around outside my room and cockroaches in my room. Expedia needs to DELETE this hotel from their website!!!

“DONT EVER EVER EVER STAY HERE”

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. I can't even begin to understand how it came to be listed on this site. It is in the ghetto, there were cockroaches, drug activity and it is filthy. I WOULD RATHER HAVE SLEPT ON THE STREET IT WAS CLEANER AND SAFER. The bed also broke when I sat on it,it was held together with a coat hanger there was no phone and the cable wasn't hooked up. No remote and the TV was broken.
