“A great resort!”
This resort is first chair! We would definitely go back. Our king suite was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Great staff; beautiful landscaping. We didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of the water park pools and slides but they looked great. We enjoyed beers on the patio overlooking the wave pool. One night we took advantage of the dinner buffet (prime rib) and it was very good and not that pricey.
“Look for hidden resort fees”
The entire resort, including the spa and gym, was very clean, all staff members were very friendly and provided service beyond expectation.
“Great trip”
We had a great experience at the Arizona Grand. We have 3 kids 12,9&6. They all loved it and didn't want to leave. Even felt comfortable letting the 6 year old have some independence. None of the pools were deeper than 5 ft which was nice for the younger kids. We paid a little more to have a room by the water park & it was well worth it! We will be back.
“Want to return”
Had a great time and want to return again. Loved that our room had a little balcony and overlooked the water park. The grounds of the resort are absolutely beautiful and well manicured and the adult only swimming pool was very enjoyable.
“All in one experience”
Reasonable rates off-season and just about everything you need on the resort. Also, very convenient to local shopping via Baseline Rd and I-10.
“An Excellent Hotel”
This hotel was excellent. The are renovating at this time, but the property was accessible and the service was impeccable.
“We will be going back”
Excellent customer service.
“A little peace of paradise”
Are hotel stay was great, people were very helpful with everything we needed. We even stayed an extra couple of nights there plus we had family come up and get a room they loved it. Thanks for a great job of booking our hotel could not be more pleased. Thanks
“Great Ambience”
A lovely arcade of lit palm trees with adobe fireplaces lit and surrounded by cushioned chairs, just fab for a pre dinner cocktail and conversation. Major pool and slide area for family. Off season was closed that was disappointing but understandable. Too cold for the Arizonians.
“Had a great time”
We have gone to the Pointe South Mountain many times in the last few years. The water park is an added attaction for families. Our children are college age now so we utalized the adult pool area, gym, hiking, golf and the wonderful resterants. A wonderful place to stay for all ages.
