Good parking available, staff is great, just little to no noise reduction from the rooms so you’ll hear the street noise. Great otherwise, good bang for you buck.

I wasn't informed about late checkout fee amount nor a time at time of check-in. Property charged me $100 late checkout feeforr checking out at 11 instea of 10. Other guests were also surprised. This is almost same as price for single night stay. Certainly unfair business practices. I will dispute that charge.

The location is excellent and the view of the bay was gorgeous. The hotel is an easy walk to numerous cafes and restaurants. There are three large supermarkets nearby. The beach and the jetty are across the road. There is plenty of off-street parking. Staff were very friendly. Our room was large and we used the jet spa bath every day. The bathroom had nice toiletries, although, BYO toothbrush and toothpaste. They provided tea and coffee with a kettle and a bar fridge. The bed was really comfortable with good pillows and crisp linen, including nice towels. Honestly, the only downside was the annoying emails and text messages they kept sending multiple times each day. They want your credit card details, drivers license number and car registration number before check-in and, even when you provide all that, their system keeps generating multiple emails and text messages asking for those same details. Then, they send a text message moments after check-in with information about the hotel, as if we wouldn't have looked into that prior to booking. Then they email to make sure check-in was okay and then another email after checkout to ask for feedback! Enough!! We were sick of hearing from them and it added an unexpected layer of stress that almost negated the whole reason for our visit - to relax!

The customer service was fantastic, and for the price we have no complaints. Blackout blinds made for an easy sleep in, and amenities in the room were everything we could have needed.

I won’t call this a hotel, even my 6 year old said it’s barely a motel standard. Staff are friendly, location is good, parking is a nightmare, we hardly able to find any parking close to our room. The hotel restaurant is a very popular dining option in the area and our room is right next to the restaurant and is quite noisy even at night time. The lawn area in front of our room is nice for the kids to run around but with no privacy. Overall a 3 star.

Property location is ideal, close to pier and town center. Disappointed to not have designated parking spot, need to find parking space along public road. Bathing room is clean, though utilities are a bit dated but all are fully functional.

This hotel’s location is excellent due to its proximity to beach, shops, restaurants and Phillip island. Fairly decent hotel with excellent restaurant. Only problem was that they don’t serve breakfast but there are plenty options around

I hope they will maintain the cleanliness of the property. It was a good stay but I wish they gave us room on the first floor coz I have two kids 3 and 1 and I had to carry the 1 year old up plus our bags. But overall, it was a nice stay and friendly staff.

Unfortunately my stay was terribly soured once again by a truck load of Schoolies staying at the hotel who were obnoxiously loud with terrible obscene language into the very late evening and early hours on the morning. I didn't sleep! I've been staying at this hotel for many years and have been stung again by this. Never again will I be staying here. I know it's business they don't want to turn away but really why would you alienate your guests with this?

Had a horrible experience. Was put next to 2 18 year olds partying slamming doors, swearing drunk outside of our doors, could hear everything even even Nehru they where showering it was like out toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. Very disappointed with what was supposed to be a nice quiet weekend away to not sleeping and constant partying in 3 complex next to us. Definitely should have been moved to a room where age came into where we stayed knowing that 18 years old kids were staying and would be loud! Sorry but definitely won’t be coming Back due to nit even able to contact anyone to get the noise reduced.

It was schoolies and we left at 10.30pm instead of staying. It was very loud and constant interuptions from other intoxicated guests. Warning might have been appreciated when a family booking came theough the system for that weekend. We were staying for work and could.have saved the $250 room charge if we knew.
