“The Westin is tops in Philadelphia.”
Staying at the Westin is worry-free. Everyone knows your name and treats you like you've been living there for a long time. Very comfortable. Very luxurious. Great attention to detail.
“Great Girlfriend/BFF weekend location/mall attached”
Hotel staff was very patient with our continuous calls to the front desk regarding restaurants and surrounding area.
“Very impressed”
The hotel is very convenient to shopping and great restaurants. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The "Heavenly beds" are fabulous. It's a perfect place for a special occasion weekend.
“Great place”
Loved the place. I stayed at Club quarters before which was sufficient and a quality place to stay for the price. But Westin was a great upgrade for about $30 more. I got the package with free valet parking (worth $35) too so it was great. I was going to megabus it but instead drove with sig other.
“Very Comfortable Stay”
This Westin was centrally located in Central Philly, and had all the amenities. Only gripe, and it may have been my technical inability, was the AC controller in the room -- it seemed to either be freezing or not cold enough. But service was good, gym was good, and room was well appointed and comfortable. My wife, who is an interior designer, also liked the design motifs throughout as well.
“Excellent Hotel”
Upgraded us to the master suite and sent champagne for our wedding night!
“pleasant visit”
Great hotel
“It is a great hotel”
The Westin Philadelphia is one of the best hotel I visited. The location is perfect for a tour. The room I had, with a very big king bed, plenty of space and a very clean and confortable bathroom, was bigger than a studio apartment.
“I would highly recommend!!”
I went to this review with my boyfriend for a special occasion and it did not dissappoint. We were checked in and out quickly, and everyone at the hotel was super nice! The hotel is well within walking distance of everything which was very nice!
“not my choice, but a good choice”
it was a lovely hotel, with very nice staff. but in my opinion, there was nothing to justify the hefty price tag. i've had experiences just as nice that have cost me much less.
